My friend dated use small change in order to put together a decent tip (my friend works a tip based job) and the guy told us it was our last beer there. Seriously. These people kicked us out. I asked for our money back so we could leave and we were physically threatened and yelled at. We finally got our money back (a dollar short).
If you go, try using a nickel in your payment and see what happens. I was flabbergasted.

Really cheap, with friendly staff. But this place is totally not my vibe, hockey gear everywhere with loud top 40 music and horny overweight girls.
I would stop in here to grab a drink any time I’m waiting by St Henri, but no way would this be a destination.
Though this could be a popular spot for a lot of people, I’m just more of a sissy no-​TV art bar kind of person.

The owners changed the sign on the front door and a few light bulbs and beer coasters but otherwise, this is the exact same dirt bag, Habs bar that you can hide from the world in.
Even the condom machine in the bathroom is the same. Be forewarned, if you use that machine, you deserve what is coming to you.

Ahhh… le hockey est de retour! Il y a environ 6 mois, mon chum et moi on a décidé d’annuler le câble, ça veut dire qu’on devait se trouver quelques bons spots pas trop loin de chez nous pour les soirées où l’on aurait une envie de regarder nos chers Canadiens jouer. Direction Epoxy! Lorsqu’on est arrivé, environ 45 minutes avant le début du match, il y avait seulement 4 – 5 personnes assises au bar. D’un côté je me disais que ça avait l’air pas mal tranquille et presque trop calme, mais d’un autre, on a eu l’embarras du choix pour décider où s’avoir et donc on a pu se prendre une bonne table. De 4 à 7 ils ont des spéciaux sur les bières (4 $ pour un pinte de Molson Ex, ou $ 2 de rabais sur les shooter) et par la suite, les prix sont décents. Vers la fin du match, on s’est séparé un pichet de Cardigan; elle est dont bien bonne cette bière là pour une marque nationale! La cuisine est présentement ouverte seulement à l’heure du lunch, mais vous avez le droit de commander ce qu’il vous plaît et les bartenders se font un plaisir de vous donner une pile de menus du coin. Sinon, il y a aussi un fast-​food juste à côté si ça né vous dérange pas de manquer quelques minutes du match. La rumeur veut aussi que depuis hier, ils ont un écran géant pour regarder le hockey…

Saw that this place had been recently renovated, so I decided to catch up with a mate there for a beer. I must admit, I was dubious about how it was going to be (you can see much from outside), but it’s really good inside.
Even though you can’t see much from the outside, it’s quite spacious inside, with plenty of tables, a decent sized bar, and a room with a pool table.
The walls are covered in hockey memorabilia, and I’m sure it would be a great place to watch a game IF THERE WERE ANY GAMES TO BE WATCH JUST END THE LOCKOUT NOW FFS!!!11…
I was there on a Tuesday, and it was $ 4 Molson Ex until 7pm. It looks like they have a bunch of other specials throughout the day, and on different days of the week — I’m definitely going to go back and check them out.
