It has a feeling of cozy, nice airy feeling. The tea package was great 25 $. There is a wide variety of tea to choose from and if you’re not quite sure, there is a box of tea samples to sniff from. I chose the Provencel it was delightful. There are sandwiches and salads to add to your menu as well, but Iwas quite full. The scone is absolutely tasty! The service at the beginning was nice the girl explained everything that was on the tea package. However she never came once to ask if everything was ok .It was my first time there and I enjoyed the food and atmosphere dispite being ignored. The location was a bit hard to find if you don’t live in the area.

Very cute, cozy and feminine tea room with a good choice of high quality teas. Try not to become obsessed with their scones… It’s light, fluffy and buttery… seriously mind blowing! I’ve been making batches of scones at home to replicate the goodness but to no avail! There is only a dozen tables so it is an intimate atmosphere. Smiling and friendly service. The only thing I saw that puzzled me is the mess that was tucked in a corner of the room… Anyway, it’s a really nice tea room and I’ll definitely be back!

Charming, quaint and delicate are but a few of the adjectives that come to mind when enjoying tea and scones at Le Parloir. This adorable tea house, is situated somewhere at the intersection of British high tea and French flair. Every design element comes together to create a beautiful and delicate space. The scones, made in house, are to die for, and come with house imported clotted cream — and I mean the real deal. Having lived in the UK, I can vouch for it! They also serve the full high tea experience with cucumber sandwiches and delicate finger food. We came with friends and had such a lovely afternoon, drinking posh tea and little«bouches». It was delightful. The tea selection was nice and the service exactly what you’d expect, thoughtful yet distant, like all good British waiters. I feel like this would be the perfect place to plan a baby shower. So, you never know ;)

I really wanted to go to high tea while in Montréal. We have had high tea in a lot of cities(Victoria, Banff, Boston, etc). I spent a lot of time looking at reviews and reading blogs. We went into the Fairmont and were going to make reservations for the following day, but when I saw that it was afternoon and their dining room in which they serve tea was essentially empty, I decided to find a different place(even though the Fairmont’s high tea in Victoria and Banff were wonderful). We ended up going to Le Parloir, and I am so glad we did. We called and made reservations for that afternoon. They were wonderful in accommodating us(we are both vegetarian). Ambiance was perfect, décor was lovely. There were other people also having high tea so we weren’t by ourselves(high tea doesn’t feel right without the correct atmosphere). The food was amazing, and desserts were fabulous. Service was good and the staff really knows tea. They give you each person a little hourglass sand timer and instruct you on the proper steeping of your tea. It ended up being one of the best places I have ever had high tea. I would recommend this for anyone wanting exceptional high tea in Montréal.

It’s a really cozy tea room in plateau! I love the food and the tea. The owner is very nice, the plates and cups are pretty too. The service could be improved a little more, but it is so far my best experience of afternoon tea in Montréal

Quel endroit charmant!

I just visited this place on Christmas Eve with my boyfriend and it was great. Overall atmosphere felt very home-like, and the tarts we had(chocolate and raspberry almond) tasted just right. Not too sweet yet rich flavours. Would love to take this place to Toronto with me.
