Super service à la clientèle! J’appelle vendredi midi et je suis dans la voiture, je conduis. Il est 12h15. J’ai un rendez – vous confirmé pour 12h45! J’arrive et on s’occupe rapidement de moi et du «malade». Après un diagnostic complet et un bon estimé des coûts, je laisse le patient entre les mains des docteurs. 1h30 plus tard, j’ai mon IPhone qui brille comme un sous neuf! Wow!
Pour les remercier, je suis retournée en soirée avec un chaudron de soupe et du pain pour toute l’équipe! Une belle soirée avec les employés à manger de la soupe aux gourganes! Vous né me croyez pas? Demandez aux employés de vous parler de la cliente avec sa soupe!

Don’t do business with these guys! I had my iPad 2 screen replaced and since then my iPad is shutting down randomly and won’t turn back unless I plug it in, even this may take a while. First reaction from the front desk guy when I brought it back within the warranty period was that it’s my iPad fault, battery or software, nothing to do with their poor work and I should expect to pay more to fix a problem that wasn’t there initially. I got mad and start making a scene there so they finally took it back in. After a few weeks of probably doing nothing on it, they said it’s not the battery or the software, the problem is just not reproduceable. I’ve been using my iPad with intermittent shut down since, it’s been 2 years and I’m still pissed at their service.

Unilocal has to correct or update more reviews. If there is a zero star i would give it to them. Bunch of wrench morons! don’t ever drop in your PC for repair. First of all they couldn’t do proper diagnostic. The tech guy said the computer dint boot up, i gave them the laptop to check that even an illiterate would know that. Second thing he said hard drive crashed which was also not true i opened the hard drive and managed to back it up by connecting to a PC. Then he comes up with a glorious suggestion take it to micro-​bytes! genius then why the hell did they receive 78 $ for diagnostic and that too non refundable. bunch of morons stay away from them…

J’ai fait appel à ce service pour le remplacement de la pile sur un iPhone 5. Après un examen minutieux, le commis, très courtois, a pris en charge l’appareil et la pile a été remplacée en moins d’une heure.
Service courtois, professionnel et rapide à un tarif qui m’a semblé très raisonnable.
P. S. Excellente limonade maison au café adjacent à la réception.

I had the odd chance of bumping into Francis, iRepair Mtl owner, in the elevator on the way to the store and we struck up a conversation. He took the time to sit down with me and explain why a functional phone could end up not working after performing a corrosion cleaning service. In fact, it would seem that my phone was only functioning due to the corrosion, which was a miracle. Anyway, iRepair Mtl did what they had to do and the reason my phone is dead is quite simply because I stuck it in the washing machine on a two hour wash cycle with Oxyclean…
However where they lacked skill was in the delivery. As mentioned in the previous review, this was the continuation of an already unsatisfactory case with them, and when I got a call bluntly telling me that my phone was no longer salvageable, with no extra reason or information, I was somewhat left with a bitter taste. All we require as clients is an explanation… we like to be informed.
Francis reassured me that cases like mine will not be happening very often, as he will be trying to improve the service provided to clients, and streamline the entire customer-​clerk relationship.
Still not sure when I’ll be going back (hopefully never), but should something happen to my phone, I may consider this place as an option.

I don’t know how they are with phones (I hear they’re very good) but I made a critical mistake and brought in my iMac for a hard-​drive replacement. They took three days to replace it and charged a lot of money to do it (even though I brought my own replacement drive). Fine, okay, I was trying to save myself some money but a working computer is a working computer, right?
A couple of days later I’m back in their office. After updating my OS, suddenly the computer won’t read the information on my backup drive and I need to install everything back on the computer. I SHOULD have bought the older OS myself online, but foolishly I took it back. After another long weekend’s worth of wait I had my computer back and everything was working fine again. Hooray!
WRONG
The tech who did the work on my hard drive didn’t attach the temp sensor so my computer’s fan began humming like crazy almost immediately. It was like working on an airplane. Instead of taking it back to them, again, to fix a problem that should have been obvious the moment the tech booted the computer up, I took it to an Apple-​affiliated store. THAT store diagnosed the sensor issue immediately. THAT store fixed the problem in fifteen minutes. THAT store gets my business from now on.

Je suis passée pour faire réparer l’écran fissuré de mon Ipad Retina. 145 $ Rabais étudiants + taxes incluses. Accueil vraiment professionnel et rapide. Personnel sympa et respectueux. Ils sont très organisés avec les clients et leur réparation. Je trouve le délai un peu long tout de même, j’ai du attendre 4 jours pour reprendre mon Ipad, faut surtout pas avoir d’urgence hein. Le rabais étudiant m’a quand même aidé.
Dans un coin de l’ipad, l’écran couine quand je le maintient, je vais passer demain pour leur demander si c’est normal et je remettrai à jour cet avis.

Very satisfied. I had dropped my iphone and it was repaired on the same day in less than 2 hours. Few weeks later my macbook pro trackpad was not working any more, again it was repaired on the same day.

I took my white macbook there when I spilled some water on it… since my applecare had run out I found this place through google and saw some people say they repaired the water damages on their macs with no problem. Now I saw another reviewer saying they replaced their camera with a fake one and it got me wondering. I brought it in, they actually managed to recover everything but the keyboard needed to be replaced, however it wasn’t an investment I was willing to make (it was practically $ 300), and THEN they said the camera was not working. Now… there was no water even near the camera, how was that possible? I didn’t ask, but I’m pretty sure they took out the camera and put in one that was not functional to re-​sell it. The whole place seemed sketchy. it’s in a sketchy building on ste catherine and it never felt right from the start. If you honestly have nowhere else to go, you can try them out… but I wouldn’t go back again.

Great find in Montréal. Fixed my broken screen on my iPad II and helped me with troubleshooting advise for my iPhone 5. Best place in montreal to repair Apple products and these guys are professional. ½ the price of Apple quoted me and they use apple products to repair. Great fast service and good price.

Found the store on Unilocal and went there to repair a broken iPhone 5 screen. The service was quick (about 1 hour if you book it) and the staff was really friendly, even though the store was busy at times. I also had some small problems with the connector because of accumulated dust and they cleaned it for me. It is like getting a new phone!
On a lower note, I bought replacement earpods as well, but even though I was informed they were original, the sound quality was horrible. I went back one hour later and they accepted the return, so they get five stars for keeping the good quality of service even though some accessories they sell are not top quality.

Amazing customer service, I wish other business had the same level of service as this place. They really know their stuff and they are very thorough. They fixed my IPhone and it is like brand new.

In January, a smoothie spilled in my backpack which contained my MacBook Pro. I brought it to an Apple Store and they told me it would cost me 900 $!!! Discouraged I didn’t fix it for months until I found iRepair on Unilocal.I brought it and they fixed in a couple of days for 140 $ (approximately). One of my USB doesn’t work and the another plug just beside that I never used, but honestly I saved about 800 $ and it works perfectly like before. They have excellent customer service and are all bilingual. I’m sooo happy!

These guys (and gals) are super friendly, super helpful, do a solid job and provide excellent service.

All of the IRepair MTL staff were extremely friendly and helpful. With a same day appointment I had my broken iPhone fixed in an hour. I was unsure wether it was worth is to fix my iPhone, and they talked me through all of the options. The quality of the repair was great and it comes with a 3 month warranty. Thanks!

Amazing staff! They’re all super friendly and very knowledgable. I went today to fix a cracked iPhone screen, not only were they the cheapest price but they have super fast service. They fixed my phone within the hour with everything looking perfect. I highly recommend it there. Great staff and service!

I wanted to write these people a good review b/​c of their fucking awesome help today. Here’s my story, it’s a tearjerker. I’m visiting Montréal and replaced my iphone 5 battery the day of my flight and of course after arriving in Montréal, my iphone starts acting crazy and dies and wont charge or do anything besides mock me for choosing to go to that shady place in the alley in pasadena to get the battery replacement in the first place.
After Unilocaling iphone repair places, i slightly hesitated about going to this place b/​c of that one review, but traveling without your iphone is like walking around with your head chopped off and people looking at you like you’re a complete psycho and I’ve already done enough things in two days to justify the stupid american tourist stereotype.
So I went to this repair place and was helped by two really nice clerks who walked me through the process. The technician looked at my phone and discovered that the replacement battery I was given by those fucking douchebags in pasadena was most likely not new. He showed it to me and it looked used and old (like me in a couple more years). What’s more is that the pasadena folks didnt even put back the screws that were on the bottom of my phone, probably getting their replacement screws from suckers like me that dont check.
In the end, i got my battery replacement, replacement screws and they even checked to make sure that the phone was working and charging before i left. These people are the bomb, right? And then i was able to freely roam around Montréal with my iphone and use it to discover all the splendid little hidden places this amazing city has to offer, i.e., i went to the library to study for a midterm.
So yea, don’t hesitate to come here if your iphone isn’t working. If you cant speak french like me, yes I failed french 101, SORRY!, they can speak english fluently. There were several other people that needed iphone fixes while i was there and they all seemed pretty happy when they left. Thanks again!
