Fitz & Follwell is also a boutique for all types of cyclists — a casual, take-​your-​time kind of place that specializes in stylish, well-​built city & touring bicycles that give you a smooth and sturdy ride. Against a backdrop of family memorabilia and well-​worn furnishings, founder Shea Mayer and his team have created a retail space that blends European cycling sensibility with Montréal panache– a place where locals and visitors alike can gather.

*Please note that between Nov 15^th and Dec 15^th our retail store is only open by appointment. We will be closed for the winter season from Dec 15^th until mid-​March. History

Established in 2009.

Since opening its doors in 2009, Fitz & Follwell Co has become Montréal’s most exciting guided cycle tour, food & walking tour, snow tour and rental centre in Montréal, Quebec. We believe that travel is about learning through unique and authentic experiences. This philosophy is what inspires us to carefully craft tours that give visitors to Montréal access to the sites, sounds and tastes that locals favor

In 2012 we launched Montréal’s most welcoming, friendly, and stylish curated cycle & lifestyle boutique offering sales & service!

We believe that there is no better form of urban transportation than a bicycle. Health, vitality, reduced congestion, increased happiness – cycling delivers it all. Our mission is to contribute to and enrich the cycling culture and health of Montréal by providing our customers with well-​built, stylish bicycles and cycling & lifestyle accessories. Shea M.

Business Owner

Founder Shea Mayer, an anthropologist and keen cyclist, combined his passion for travel, training as a guide and love of Montréal to found Fitz & Follwell Co. His greatest pleasure is to give others a chance to experience his adopted city as he does: up close, on foot and on wheels, or even when the snow arrives on skates, sleds and skis!

Shea wants to take you outside, to get you inside the spellbinding spirit and flavor of Montréal.

Shea was selected by Yelp in Nov 2015 as one of North America’s top 100 local business owners and invited to attend Coast to Coast, Yelp’s first national conference for business owners who engage with their local Yelp community!
