Open daily, the restaurant has a private room that can accommodate from 10 to 40 diners for business meetings or any special event. Established in 2000 Lauded by numerous media in Canada as well as in North America and Europe, Laurent Godbout stands apart in the Montréal restaurant industry for his culinary style and unsurpassed hospitality. With his wide-ranging experience at some 15 renowned establishments, including several under the prestigious Relais et Châteaux banner, Laurent Godbout got an early introduction to classic and modern cooking techniques as well as to Quebec, French, Spanish, and Asian cuisine.
These diverse wells of inspiration have spurred this alchemist of flavors towards ever-greater heights of originality. The winner of numerous culinary prizes and awards, Laurent Godbout has repeatedly served as Quebec’s culinary ambassador to the world. From the concept behind his establishment, which opened in 2000, to his ongoing creation of new gourmet products for his «Les Saveurs de L’Épicier» label, Laurent Godbout takes a widespread approach to cuisine that restores good taste to the forefront.
