It really is the staff that makes the difference. I passed by about 2 months ago and upon leaving I immediately jumped on my phone to write a review of them to A&W management. It wasn’t just that I had a coupon and they handed me the correct food, it’s that they were all high energy, smiles, and when I asked for one of the trios for«here» and one«to go», they asked if I wanted to delay the second trio until I was ready to leave for it to be as fresh as possible. WHOHASEVERDONETHAT? What a nice offer, even if its just a 10 minute fresher burger, they wanted me to have that. They were running a quick repair on the root beer dispenser but instead of asking me to come back to the counter in a few minutes, the cashier brought it to where I was sitting once it was back up and running. There was such a great energy in that entire place because of the staff and I’m the type of person who thinks that deserves to be recognized.
