Walmart

Every time I come to this location to get my photos developed there is no one at the counter to service me, no matter the time of day. Horrible service!

You got a problem just call the manager

Okay this is the best Walmart in the GTA.
With lots of parking. The store is well stocked and there’s always a great store sale.
They lose a star because of there vegetables and fruits
Are bad low grade and priced high.
I buy my medicine there and they get a perfect rating for that great service there.
To cash out it can take a while but in most cases most of the chashers are open.

Do not come here on Wekkends, especially Sundays! Morning ok, but afternoon and on don’t bother. Evening is the worst.
Come here all the time as we are 1 – 2 mins away. During the weekdays it is fine. It is fairly clean compared to some of the other places I have been. Lineup to checkout can be a bit long at times, but seems that is usual at walmart.
Came here last night and it was a zoo. Never again. Bad weather last night so thought it would be a good idea to take the kids and walk around, burn some energy and pickup few items. Checking out was ridiculous. Express line was pretty much to the produce section. Figured we might be faster going to the regular checkout. Waited in line for a bit then they opened the register beside us. Couple customers before us, they were buying a box of diapers, and there was some confusion about what was on sale for what size/​qty. They were not pleased, but I think they were frustrated from waiting in line and also seeing people behind them, so they left without dealing with the girl at checkout. From my GF, the CS was wrong and not aware of how sales on diapers work.
After reviewing the receipt, gf found there were erros. Purchased 2 items and was scanned 4 times, voided once, so overcharged by one. Bought 2 different types of tunas (4 in total), at different price, but CS scanned all 4 as same. So had to go to CS line to dispute.
Too many customers and not enough checkouts/​cs seems like a regular thing at every locatio, with no solutions in sight.

Ok so i needed to line up at custumer sevice/​return counter was in line for an extended amount of time while the associate fiddled with a return for a while completly ignoring the line up when i told her we were still in line she told us she was assisting a customer. Btw the customer had left 5 mins before. Wow there is obviously no customer service training happening. So many qualified people out looking for a job yet so many unqualified people working

I live right by this Walmart so I often visit this location for all my Walmart purchases. Weekends are chaotic so I tend to come during the weekday afternoons. It is much more quiet and the line-​ups aren’t as long. I definitely think they should open up more cash register lines when it gets busy because the express lines aren’t really «express».
The cosmetics section always seems to be lacking products and is quite disorganized with products. However, I think the grocery side of Walmart is more well-​stocked and always has the items I am looking for. Furthermore, their prices for many of their products are lower than their competitors. However, when other stores have better deals you can always price match which is convenient.
Luckily I’ve never dealt with bad customer service like the other reviewers have mentioned. However, I think it’s quite annoying when they keep trying to get you to sign up for the Walmart master card. Some don’t take no for an answer. During my most recent visit I noticed Walmart staff approaching customers while they’re shopping to get them to sign up for the Walmart master card. That’s annoying!

They have the WORST customer service and managers I have ever come across. I am NEVER shopping here again. Instead of listening to the fact that I was mistreated by walmart employees, she yelled at me telling me that’s it’s not her job or problem.
I was put on hold for 26 minutes in order to be transferred to the vision centre. Within that call, I had been transferred to the wrong area 5 times and each time, I spoke to an extremely rude staff member who was unqualified to pick up the phone, let alone have manners. Finally when I was transferred to vision care, the call hooked me up to customer service, which then yelled at me and hung up. I then called back and went through another manager again, who said she’d link me up with customer care. In reality, I was linked with another customer in line for the vision centre. The lines were mixed up.
I’m absolutely disgusted. It horrendous how these people run their business. I’m never coming here again.

This is a superstore so you can get pretty much everything here. It is usually pretty packed so give yourself sometime for the checkout. Overall it is a great experience

some girls working there are really rude but for the most part they are okay.
they should start food sampling like costco.

Its one of there superstore and its always packed as of its location so be prepared to line up when paying. Try to avoid weekends as many things are not restocked fast enough.
There is plenty of parking and there is a Mc Donalds inside with there other regular stores for photo finishing, haircutting etc…

Okay, I know I’m in the minority but I usually like shopping at Wal-​mart stores for groceries, stationary, household products and greeting cards, except I really hate this Wal-​mart.
Every time I go there, this Wal-​mart is packed with rude customers, long lineups and cashiers who give you a dirty look. Not what I want to experience after battling in the parking lot and trying to scrounge for the items I need and 50% of the time, they are out of that item. ugh… I much prefer the Square One location ever since it’s become a Super Centre.

Too crowded and lines are just too long, they need to open more cash registers.

This is probably the worst Wal-​Mart in the city. Cashier lines are looong. Products are strewn about everywhere and it’s incredibly hard to find what you want. Terribly messy. And the service is terrible. There’s so few people actually working on the floor so you’ll get no help. I wanted to buy a power toothbrush locked in a glass cabinet and went around for 5 minutes looking for anyone who could open it for me. I found an employee finally but she couldn’t open it for me and she couldn’t find the girl who could open it so she paged her. I wanted about 5 more minutes and no one came. I decided to leave and I bought the toothbrush off EBay instead.

Why the eff are there so many little kid screaming and running around here at midnight???
Yuck! Also on this outing I watched a family (with kids!) OPEN a jar of sauce off the shelf, stick all their noses in it, then close it and put it back on the shelf. I gave them the «are you fricking serious???» look as I passed but they didn’t seem bothered. I told a nearby worker who informed me that it was ok and that «the customer is right» and «can do what he wants» and that there is nothing he can do about it. How about take the item off the shelves now at the very least and if you have some ca-​hones, educate the customer that they have destroyed the product and it can’t be sold so they should buy it or realize that they are committing an offence.
Another dolt — also a parent with kids at Walmart late at night — walked up to the pistachio bin, took a couple handfuls out and put them in his pockets. Should he not be educated that his behaviour constitutes theft???
OK… maybe in other countries these behaviours are normal and accepted but I didn’t think they were here.
Heartland Walmart… fix your shit and don’t let your customers get away with stealing, trashing the place, etc or you will loose this one. I know I am only one person and it won’t matter in the big picture, but that’s where I’m at.

Mid afternoon and there’s a line up like the world is going to end. This is why they have carts and wide aisles.
The grocery part is myeh. They are ALWAYS out of blueberries. What the haywire!
The makeup section is messy.
I don’t really like this Walmart, the sizes are always way too big or way too small. Every things pretty much a mess here. I expect this is what happens when you are right in the middle of the Mississauga shopping traffic (Heartland)
The staff here have way too much attitude. I think they got the wrong memo. Chill out… this ain’t Tristan & America. This is a wall and a kart together… Walmart. Whatever. you know what I mean.
Bahhh…Horrid.
