If there was a zero rating I would give it. Yesterday I went for a hair cut and now I look like a retarded child who was forced to join the military. I walked in to the salon, and gave a very specific instruction. I requested only a small trim to the front and side and cut only the back hair short. First thing the owner of the shop does when she picked up the scissor is to start cutting my front and side furiously. The whole time she is butchering my front and side, she is rambling about tv shows, and how popular her hair salon is and that people drive all the way from Markham just to get a hair cut from her. This lady is full of herself with very mediocre skills. She was talking so much as she cutting my front and side, by the time I notice what was happening, it was too late. By then I had to ask the stylist to cut my back hair shorter than what I was planning to originally to match my messed up front and side. Anyhow the end result is that I look like a retarded child with a military hair cut gone wild. This could have been all avoided if the owner of the shop talked less and paid attention to the customer. Listening is a key skill as a service provider. I did let her know she was cutting too short as she was cutting my front and side but she was too opinionated to listen to my instruction and concern. My hair was ruined already, and there was no going back. Given how full of herself she was, and already ruined hair, and my plan never to come back, I left without having a full on conversation with the owner about the experience. Pro: Very cheap price. (I paid $ 15 and change, and yes I did not pay any tip, as I need to grow out my hair and pay to fix it. My tip to the owner of the salon would be to listen more, talk less) Con: You get what you paid for. (If you are on fixed income and desperate for the cheapest haircut in Mississauga, and you are ok with mediocre to bad haircut, you will be happy at Vic & Le Salon) Good luck out there consummers;-)

Very decent price, good customer service, and quality of the work done was good. I was looking for a place near a store I was at nearby and decided to whip my Unilocal app out. This place mostly had decent reviews, so I called asking for details(price, availability for walk-ins, etc.). I was told that it would cost just over $ 15 after tax for a men’s cut, and an appointment was recommended. I was able to make an appointment for just under 30 mins from when I called. When I got there about 10 mins early, the place was empty. I was greeted promptly and sat down. The hair dresser listened to my requests and after making suggestions did what I asked for, which is a quality I find quite rare in most hair dressers I’ve been to lately. The only thing that I didn’t like was that there were a few hairs here and there that she left sticking out. M’lady agrees that this is one of the best haircuts I’ve had done lately. So with the exception of leaving some hairs sticking out, I’d say my visit was perfect. I’d very likely return to this venue, although it is a bit far from where I frequent.

I went for a hair cut over the holidays. I have to say that I am incredibly happy with the hair cut. Both women who were in the store were super friendly. The woman who cut my hair gave me great advice about how to shape and style my hair. The prices are reasonable as well. I would definitely go back!

Le has been my hairstylist for a year. So far, I have always had a pleasant experience with her. The quality of my haircut is always great and I never had a problem with it. Sometimes she suggests different hairstyles to me, but is never pushy about it(unlike other hairstylists) and will still accommodate my requests. She is always courteous not only to me but also to her customers, many of whom are regulars. Unless I’m moving out of GTA, I doubt I’ll be looking for any other hairstylist.

The hairstylist/owner cut my hair like I was enlisting in the army. All the hair that I had been patiently growing out was nearly gone in 5 minutes. It is what is is but I think she could have done a better job if she wasn’t so rushed.
