History

Established in 1979.

Brian Kahn, founder and President of the Select Sandwich sandwich catering chain, opened his first restaurant in 1979 in Toronto. Passionate about restaurant operations and food preparation, Brian wanted to establish a family business with a strong commitment to excellence. His goal was to provide his customers with delicious, healthy, fresh and affordable meals.

The success of Select Sandwich is based on Brian’s values, and on the dedication of our whole team. Our plan for the future is simple: we will keep adding new exciting options to our dine-​in menu and corporate catering menu, and we will open new locations in the province, to be able to reach more customers.
