Picking a home was very difficult and for us was an abrupt decision due to an unforeseen death. The staff at Scotts was empathetic, very professional, and supportive. Thanks to Richard and Lisa, we received all the attention our special requests required. They made a difficult time much more bearable. The ambiance was described to us as classy and comforting by our friends and family.
