Shuttle is good checkin was quick
Everything was fine but I left a very precious blanket I brought to bury my mom with and they claimed they never found it.
I’m so so heart broken right now. I know l left it on the second bed. Housekeeping was so unhelpful and rude.
Rooms were clean and fine best place to eat is mr. Steaks just a short walk. The place is clean an modern. Great price minus the heartbreak.

It was my birthday and I missed my flight home which means I wouldn’t be celebrating it with my family that night. You can only imagine how extremely upset I was… I found a deal on Hotel Tonight and booked a room at Best Western Plus. The man at the desk figured out that something’s wrong when my first question to him was about a bar so I told him my story about an insubordinate über driver who got lost on the way to the airport and made me miss my flight to LA… THAT MAN was the bet thing that has happened to me that day (the desk guy, not the über driver, obviously)! He gave me a complimentary upgrade and sent me to a room with a private sauna and jacuzzi! His kindness made me forget about all my troubles right away. Oh! And let’s not forget about the delicious Long Island Iced Teas you can get at the bar — they’re affordable and the bartender knows what he’s doing: D
I loved my stay here and I would definitely come back if I had a long layover or missed another flight…

Would never stay here again. Terrible customer service right from the moment we called for the hotel shuttle from the airport but the biggest disappointment was the completely disorganised and redundant shuttle service.
We were told on the phone to wait 40 minutes for the next shuttle as we «missed» the unscheduled 11.20pm shuttle that must have passed before our very eyes as we were waiting at the pick up location. Although this was irritating waited it out and were picked up past midnight. After we stopped at terminal 3 and were almost out of the airport we heard the same guest services manager would told us to wait 40 minutes radio the driver of the shuttle to tell him to pick up more customers back at terminal 1, and then minutes later called again to pick up more customers at terminal 3 again. After several loops back and forth through terminal we finally arrived at the hotel almost an hour and a half after we first called the hotel.
Once we arrived the guest services manager was unapologetic and rude. Also, it sounds like the issue of the ghost shuttle happened to some other customers we were seated next to as well. They did not seem happy about this either.
Of course the morning shuttle was just as bad. We were told to be downstairs and ready by 6.30am for 6.40am shuttle and not only did it not leave on time but they missed one passenger because they didn’t get their numbers right and there were no seats left on the shuttle. He had been waiting outside for 10 minutes but was left behind.
Embarrassingly sloppy business at this best western location. Completely unreliable. Next time we require a hotel near Toronto Pearson airport we will stay elsewhere.

Stay far far away, zero food options, horrible customer service, and «shuttle» well lets just say if u ignore this warning you enjoy paying for a cab.

Under construction. They didn’t mention it when we booked. Bathroom door damaged. Parking lot not properly cleared of snow.

Myself and my fiancé stayed here in room 108. The purpose of the trip was to have an excellent and stress-​free stay at the hotel and attend a wedding reception. Unfortunately things were not as stress-​free as we wanted it to be.
We arrived to a waiting line of about 5 guests also checking in with only ONE person at the front desk which involved a 15 — 20 minute wait to speak to someone. It was finally our turn to be served and the man at the front desk tells us that they don’t have the king bed smoking as we requested (first disappointment). With trying to keep up with the theme of «stress-​free» I decided not to make a fuss as time was running up and took the 2 queen beds. He gave us room key for room 106 and we went on our way.
We arrived at 106 only to be yelled at by the people ALREADY INSIDE THE ROOM! Luckily, the had the latch on their door but the embarrassment of the possibility of invading someone’s privacy like that plus the pressure of the wedding fuelled my anger. We walked back to the front desk furious, trying to figure out why or how this happened. Yet again, we had to wait as he was the only one there. He apologized many times, told us the computer told him the room was empty and gave us a key to room 108. All the while, room 106 is calling him to complain about us in detail like we were criminals trying to break into their room. VERY INSULTING AND EMBARRASSING! (not such a smart idea for the front desk guy to put us in the room next door FYI)
For our troubles he gave us $ 20 for breakfast in the morning which we then asked when they closed and said 2pm. We were satisfied… for now…
We entered our room and we were happy with it. Clean and tidy.
After a wonderful reception and comfortable sleep, we awoke to someone trying to come into our room at 11:05am (even with the do not disturb hanging on the door.) We checked and no one was there and immediately called front desk to let them know and for a later check out till 1pm.
At 12:53pm we left the room to the front desk, loaded our car and came back inside to use our coupon for breakfast. Walked into the empty dining room where some lady told us that breakfast was over and they started cleaning up already? We stated that we were told not only by the guy yesterday but the two ladies in the front as we were checking out that it closed at 2 pm. So in other words, $ 20 invalid, all the trouble the day before for nothing…
the manager has since contacted us for a free stay… hopefully he gives us the right room number!

Very good service, and nice rooms! Everything was acceptable for the price, and we would stay again. The one drawback was the whirlpool was not hot at all (must have been broken ?).

Nice clean rooms that smell good, the lobby and carpets feel a little aged but nothing to put you off. Good value for money, zoom car rental downstairs.

Nothing to complain about here.
While it’s not a 5-​star hotel by any means, this particular location of Best Western suited myself and my cousins just fine. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the front desk was helpful and friendly. I didn’t feel dirty staying here, which is usually my #1 complaint about any hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised at my most recent low end hotel stay so I took a gamble again when I needed to crash overnight in TO for an early a.m. flight the next day. Picked the Best Western Plus because of its close proximity to Pearson and the free shuttle.
Needless to say, this is definitely a one night only hotel in my books. The free shuttle is ridiculously slow. They don’t automatically come around so you have to call, and I had to wait over 30 mins for it to arrive. Not the most friendly drivers either. You also have to pre-​book your shuttle back to the airport too.
The hotel is in the middle of nowhere with a pretty bad restaurant on site. There’s a Subway and a Chinese restaurant just outside the hotel though.
The décor and elevators are totally dated. No king beds. Basic toiletries — i.e. no lotion, shower gel, or other tools. The toilet had some intermittent issues. The room was pretty clean and quiet though. TV was updated and wi-​fi is free. Gym and pool on site — no comment on the amenities since I didn’t use them.
Check in was slow and not very friendly. They need a back up person when there’s people who have unusually complicated issues upon arrival so there’s not a line up of people, particularly since there’s not much room there.
You get what you pay for here. Purely a place to crash for the night, nothing more.

they have their own parking lot and its not too full and the hotel seems busy.
clean rooms… nice people at the desk. I mean they are really friendly and courteous, and best of all.knowledgeable.
they were re-​doing the carpet so it was kind of frustrating but not to their fault. they also were changing the televisions on our floor so thats a PLUS though… we had an old television and it wouldn’t be completed until we were gone.
I want to give it 4 stars… but they didn’t have king size beds… i’ve always been at best westerns and they had king size beds… so its not 4 stars. I don’t want to say they aren’t worth it… they are WORTH IT because i got the room from
and the price was definitely worth it for two nights and 3 days.
they have a swimming pool. a hot tub. a workout room. a restaurant. again, knowledgable staff and friendly. they knew the restaurants and convenience stores nearby… just nothing is in within walking distance other than what i just said… everything else… there is NO SIDEWALK to go down to mcdonalds… why was this area built like that? I guess because it was mostly business surrounding this area.
one last thing. because of one of the restaurants that EVERYONE must be going to… i went there twice myself. its a HAKKA restaurant. i guess that means its part owned and infused with indian flavors… the elevator 5 out of 8 times inside of it… smelled like curry. Not always… but 5 out of 8 times are strong odds.
oh, and lastly, which we complained about… the bathtubs need those non slip stickers or whatever on the tubs… my senior mother slipped and luckily she was just scared and bumped her butt sitting on the side. otherwise it could have been a horrible fall.
they were very sorry and made sure i filled out a form to let the hotel know how they were doing… definitely they said, it will be taken more seriously if someone complains in writing. SURE THING!
I thought Christine was the friendliest, and most helpful person behind the desk. The young lady with her also… don’t remember her name.

It was a great place to stay and convenient. Comfy with easy access everywhere.
