Sushi N

This is a hard review because the restaurant is so welcoming and friendly, and the service is excellent. Seldom have I been to a restaurant, particularly a Sushi restaurant where the staff is so nice. At the same time, the Sushi is just so so. I ordered their combo B which comes with 9 pieces of nigiri sushi and 6 California rolls. The sushi was not a great assortment, 3 x of some type of white fish that was slightly cooked and not very tasty (hoisin sauce on top), 2 small pieces each of shrimp, tuna, and salmon. You know when you go to a sushi restaurant and the rice in the sushi pieces falls apart? It was like that, not very impressive. The California rolls were the best part, generous sized and a big piece of avocado inside. Anyway, I wanted to like it more but just couldn’t. 3 stars mainly due to the great staff and friendly service.

Sushi Lunch Combo ($ 12) includes a really good green salad… One of the better one I have as a complimentary salad. The sushi platter comes with 7 piece of nirgri and 6pc of California roll: love the aburi pieces…
They have daily specials 2 rolls from $ 5.99 that’s 12 pc… If you are in a diet or a small eater, you might able to get away with a light lunch or snack at under $ 10!
