This place located on top of the T&T Supermarket is awesome! Much much better then Pacific Mall.
I’ve been coming here for couple years now and highly recommend them and have brought a few of my friends too.
Never had any issues with any of the phones and tablets we got fixed here. Usually get screen repairs for Samsung and Apple devices but they fix other brands too.
Every time we come, they are always fixing a few phones, their service is always quick though as they always have a few technicians on site. Usually leave my device and do some groceries if I’m by myself or eat lunch if I’m with others, came back, phone is ready go.
Price is also really good. Save lots of money coming here!
Overall — Fast, inexpensive, good quality, professional advice — deserves 5 stars!
PS, iPads and tablets takes longer to fix but they do a excellent job.

I came here to fix my screen after it shattered from dropping on the ground. They were able to fix my phone in less than an hour. Several months later I started having minor issues with my phone, which I blamed on the software. I would press on an app and it would open another app. Then the issues became worse: I couldn’t colour backgrounds on snapchat without the colour going in all different directions, my screen kept freezing, my keyboard constantly disabled and I couldn’t press on words or my keyboard was not calibrated properly. Yes, I have tried restarting my phone multiple times and I even tried upgrading the software to see if it was a glitch, but I keep getting these issues. I could not take my phone back to get it fixed there since the 30-​day warranty (I believe) expired, and apparently Apple will not fix or even touch phones that have been repaired somewhere else. I would not recommend coming here to fix your iPhones because it is not worth the risk of acquiring complications in the future.

To begin, I must say that I’ve compared a couple of stores before finding this spot to fix my phone. What great service along with fantastic prices. Honestly with the help of kijiji I was happy to find this store. Thank you mobile square for fixing my charging port! You guys have definitely made me a happy customer.
What also I really liked about this store is that you get a receipt with a 30 day money bsck guarantee. How awesome is that ?!

Unreliable liar. Does not honour what their agreed upon quoted price was. I called them twice confirmed the price to replace a glass screen. After coming in, the price was changed on me. Beware. Do not deal with.

Been here a few times, always come here for all my phone repairs. Great place for screen protectors and cases. Came here to fix my phone, they fixed it in 20 minutes, so fast and great price too!!! Definitely recommend this place for everyone!

They did a stand up job on my iPhone 5. Was charging intermittently and wouldn’t turn on if the battery was completely depleted. I took it to a few other places which failed to fix it. These guys fixed it quickly and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

Came here to fix my phone today, great customer service, very professional and explained everything upfront, had my phone fixed somewhere else before, Mobile Square did a much better job, my go to place for phone repairs from now on!!!

Are they cheaper then other competitors? Yes. Do they stand behind their quality? Questionable.
When my screen cracked, I resorted to Mobile Square and everything was fixed within two hours. I even brought a tempered glass screen protector from them for $ 15 and they installed it before I left the store.
Fast forwarding three weeks later, my phone drops from my bed stand. I didn’t even think much of it because it was such a small drop but the next morning there was a small cracked. I originally thought the crack was only on my tempered glass screen protector but when I lifted off my screen protector, my screen had the exact same crack as the screen protector, meaning the tempered glass screen protector didn’t protect my phone at all.
Went back to Mobile Square within their 30 days warranty, they basically said there was nothing they could do. They claims their screens are from the original manufacture and they do not make guarantee their tempered glass screen protectors. They ended up offering me $ 15 dollars off my $ 140 screen replacement, but I ended up going to another competitor to get the screen replacement.

Replaced my iPhone 6 screen. Excellent work and very fast service. Would definitely recommend to others.

Professionals — great service — got the job done in 1 day
Went in today to get my s5 Samsung fixed. I had a charging port issue along with the speaker not working — typical problem with these damn Samsung s5 phones. I called around and these guys were priced the lowest. Great customer service from what it seems to be two brothers who run the shop. They were very knowledgeable and they were able to fix the phone within 1 hour despite being very busy.
Overall I was happy with the service and I would recommend mobile square to others.
they give a 30 day warranty — if I don’t have any problems I won’t be updating the review.

Normally would go to irepex to fix my broken screen however they are closed on a Sunday so found this alternative on kijijii. The ad posted a $ 45 dollar cost for an iphone 5. I called to confirm and they said yes and it would take 20 min as posted on a first come first serve basis. So we get here and turns out my gfs phone is a 5S. no biggie it would cost $ 59 instead. We shopped for about 30 min… giving them an extra 10 and. it was not ready. The technician had replaced the screen and scratched it so they had to replace the replaced screen. No apologies needed. We picked it up 20 min later. Now, if you’re paying cash there isn’t tax added but if not there is. Not even if they made you wait twice the time they had assured. Anyhow, we picked up the phone only to find the new screen did not pick up keypad sensors as it normally would. So on our first visit the screen has already been replaced 3 times… In the end we did wait longer than intended however the screen and sensor works great, very reasonable priced and they made up for it with a free screen protector and phone case. Would recommend if you have some time and this is at a convenient location for you.

Just fixed my LCD broke screen note 3. Super fast service, great service. Best experience I have ever had. I will definitely come back, mobile square is the best.

Came to them to replace a broken screen and they did a fantastic job. After they were done, the phone looked brand new. Their work is very clean and professional. I did some shopping around before I got to them, and their price is pretty much unbeatable. I highly recommend these guys!

I’ve been there twice now to fix my LED screen in less than a year. First off my screen is popping out. Secondly, EVERY time I have been back I seem to miss a screw from the back of my phone. So yes, now I am missing two screws on the back of the phone. Oh, and my friend also got his phone fixed there and his screen is also popping.
I would give them 3 stars because they do fix it quickly, but besides that I am certainly not happy with them.

Quick and quality service. Broke my screen for the second time this month, and needed to get my iPhone screen replaced quickly without it costing a fortune. I’ll be back again if my butterfingers keep it up.

Must be new location since in mall with very few stands. Cheaper then most places.

I don’t recommend you take your phone/​tablet to Mobilesquare. They provided me with very poor service to replace the glass on my iOS device. I had to repeatedly come back because the glass was lifting up. After three attempts, they refused to provide a refund and also refused I speak to the store manager.
Although Mobilesquare was the lowest price, it appears you get what you pay for.
