History

Established in 1997.

Ah Yogahh… is a place of tranquility in the heart of Old Markham, overlooking the Rouge River and ravine. Stepping beyond the entrance gate and into the meditative gardens is the first of many opportunities to leave all concerns behind and revel in just being alive.

Ah Yogahh… offers Integral Yoga classes, as brought to the West by H.H. Sri Swami Satchidananda in the late 1960’s, consisting of physical postures, chanting, deep relaxation, pranayama and traditional meditation, interspersed with stories and yoga philosophy. These classes are instructed by certified Integral Yoga teacher, Helen Prema Connolly.
