The consultants were very unprofessional! When trying on bridal dresses, my consultant did not tighten the lower portion of a dress and you could see my butt. Instead of bringing this to my attention and helping fix it, the consultants on the floor laughed instead. I ask what was wrong and they did not say a thing. Following this my consultant said that they did not have anything for me in the store that fits my wishes and was very dismissive. If you want to have a positive bridal experience, do not waste your time with this shop.

Summary of our visit:
The staff here need to drop the faux-​snob attitude and smarten up on customer service basics. You’re a small boutique and we wanted to visit the independent stores before looking elsewhere, as we like to support local businesses. It felt like we were inconveniencing them with our visit. This is a special time for us and we couldn’t have felt worse — great job on belittling your customers, and thanks for almost ruining the day. I’ve received better service from 16-​year-​olds at McDonalds.
Details of the visit (we dealt with three associates in total):
Before arriving from Toronto, I called a week ahead to make an appointment for my MOH to find her dress and was told we didn’t need one, we were welcome to drop in and try on dresses, as it was only for one person and not in search of a wedding gown.
We arrived and the girl at the front and she asked if we had an appointment, to which I replied with the above information. She coolly said they were busy and that they may not have any rooms available; we could look around (not at all assisted) but she wasn’t sure we could try anything because the rooms were busy. Nice. Not very helpful at all.
We looked for dresses and as one bridal party was leaving, their sales associated glanced over at us, holding arms of dresses, and kindly asked if she could help with anything. She very quickly showed us to an empty fitting room — right next to another empty fitting room.
After we found one or two gowns to consider, I asked the another associate what the turn-​around and costs would be (we had a few weeks to go). She said she needed to help someone with a contract but she would be able to help me in a few minutes. Gave her a few minutes, then looked over, and she was just chatting with a colleague, nothing else. So, I walked over and got her chatting about her options. How’d it go?
— «Even with a super-​rush, we could get it here after your event.» (I asked, is there anything else we can do?)
— «We can’t find out when the manufacturer can send it until after the order is processed and paid for.» (I asked, why is that? Is it possible to get a time-​frame earlier?”)
— «Well, like, it’s not like you’re shopping at Banana Republic — if you can’t find the size, they can call their other stores and try to find it. With these you have to get the designer to make it in your size and colour and have that shipped.» (Based on her tone of voice, I’m pretty sure she was talking to me like she thought I was stupid.)
— «And it takes a while; like, they’re all made in China, right.» (WAY TO MAKE THIS EXPERIENCE FEEL REAL SPECIAL. I thank my lucky stars I never shopped here for my wedding gown.)
