Great location and amazing selection of books and products! I can spend hours in this indigo reading and just browsing around.

First, to be clear, this is not a chapters. This is an indigo. Sure, they are the same company, but it’s still a different store. Compared to other chapters/indigo I’ve been to, this one is by far the best. Great selection, helpful staff, and always has a place to sit and do work or read with adequate wall plugs.

I thought the Chapters in Ancaster set the standard, until I came to Chapters in London. Wow! I was really surprised by the number of «artsy» magazines, let alone the selection. One disappointment… It isn’t open as late as the Ancaster location. The Starbuck’s is choice. I will definitely be back.

This is about as average as it gets when it comes to Chapters. There is lots of free parking around here but very little space to sit/read, apart from the Starbucks area, which is permanently inhabited by students studying. All day. Every day. It’s too bad the store isn’t located within Masonville mall; you can walk over easily enough but the local traffic is not pedestrian friendly. This location is more grab-and-go than some, but I still prefer it to the location in White Oaks.

Nice, big book store aka chapters, that is crammed with books of all kinds for whatever your interest may be. Great selection, with very helpful staff to assist you with whatever you are looking for, and lots of places to sit down and read, or also an attached Starbucks to have a coffee in and read as well. Not much more to say about Chapters but if you’re in the market for a book of any kind or even a magazine definitely come check it out.

Great floor space. Helpful staff and a Starbucks. Always has books in stock more so than the other location in White Oaks. I always check online for stock before I go and it seems to be pretty accurate.
