So unclean! No sanitation of instruments and just a simple spray in foot tubs between customers. I couldn’t believe it. We walked out. Health board needs to be inspecting this place right away. Awful.

I wasn’t thoroughly impressed with Bliss. The service was definitely speedy but I think that lessened the quality of my mani pedi. I went with my step-​mom and we were both getting the same thing done, yet she got a much longer massage and what I felt was much better service. Manicurist didn’t say a word to me and I left feeling like I could have done the same quality of work that she did. Massage chairs and speediness were nice but I don’t think I would come back to Bliss.

Bliss was a great place for a simple mani/​pedi.
The ladies working were lovely and always asked before cutting my nails. They were quick but did a fantastic job on my nails. The polish selection was extensive and my pedicure lasted for almost a month before chipping.
The only downside is they don’t inform you that nail art is per hand.

Just visited bliss nail and spa. I went to have my acrylics removed and have a regular manicure done. First of all, instead of properly soaking the nails, they literally ripped them off. I only said something after a chunk of my nail was ripped down to my skin :(at this point they said I could soak them but it takes longer and I had mentioned that I was crunched for time. So maybe my fault. My manicurist was very apologetic for causing me pain which I appreciated. What really upset me was the speediness of the remainder of my manicure. There were still coloured portions of my acrylics as she was putting on new polish which was totally unacceptable. I had to request that she at least covered the older colour better. I can still see blue in some spots where the red polish should be covering.
I will not be returning to bliss.

Nice new place. massage chairs are very comfy. The aesthetician was very friendly and patient with my indecisiveness about colour. The price a bit expensive but if they keep doing a good job I will keep going back.
