The Caesar salad lettuce was starting to rot and their was way too much dressing to make a rather disgusting looking salad; needless to say, it was returned for another bowl that wasn’t much better. I had a wrap which wasn’t bad but nothing exciting either. Found the whole experience to be rather mediocre, including the service. Most likely won’t return; there is too much better competition near by to bother stopping by again.

Hands down the best Kelsey’s in London. We used to frequent the one at Oxford and Gammage but the food and service at this location is infinitely better.
Portions are large and food is always hot. Staff go out of their way to ensure customers are happy and satisfied.

I have been back a few times, this places has rebounded.
I can say the lunch menu is great tasting, fresh and quick. Being back for dinner a few times was ok as well, the have a solid menu but a lot of times the service is super slow.
This place is sort of like a Ruby Tuesday (for our American friends) I would recommend people giving this restaurant a try, but also recommend to management to have staff more efficient.
I found the new cheesecake on there menu is small and plain, the deep fried mars bar is good but small.
