Decided to try this salon because of a couple good reviews, big mistake. Dropped in earlier in the day hoping to get a last minute appointment and was told they had a spot a few hours later. The stylist was rude, laughed at what I wanted done, suggested a cut instead of the highlights I went in for, and finally told me she only had time to do a strip of highlights where I part my hair. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a salon.

Seriously the worst hair cut I’ve ever received. I went in looking for a trim. I have an inverted Bob and so did my hair dresser. From the moment I sat in her chair she started criticizing everything about my previous hair cut which I liked so I felt pretty offended. Then she started to criticize my highlights. By the end though she had hacked all my hair off I no longer had an inverted Bob but a straight up mushroom cut, that was choppy looking. So unimpressed. If you’re going to criticize anyone else’s work could you please at least do a better job yourself. I think my hair dresses name was Nichole. Do not go here!

Went here as my hair was a big ball of knots and tangles. The ladies did an excellent job cutting and styling my hair. I had my husband switch to the hair stylists here, and they do it perfect every time. I am so impressed by the service here. Best salon I have been to in a long time. It is a little more expensive then most, but it is worth it.

I was given one of the best haircuts that I’ve ever had by Tabatha. She takes the time to find out what you want, your lifestyle regarding how much time you want to spend on styling everyday, and what would look good as far as face shape and hair type. I have finally found a hair stylist that actually listens, instead of just doing their own thing. She is amazing!

Went there for a last minute haircut and was very pleased. It was recommended to me via a Langley community chat forum.
Good, friendly energy in the salon and found that the staff are good to each other and everyone says hello to each others clients and compliment each others work. Very nice group of women who work there and very affordable prices too!
Willowbrook mall is my fav mall theses days. I will be back for sure!
