Every time I call to book a waxing service, they seem to be either fully booked or have no aestheticians available after 6pm (open till 9pm) on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. To confirm my suspicion, I called 3 different days to book between these times and heard 3 different excuses. Unfortunately, this is the only time that works for me and this salon is yet to come through.
My advice: if you need to use the salon after 6pm, this place apparently has no staff which makes me question as to why they are even open. What a joke! maybe preferential treatment or the staff is trying to avoid appointments so they basically get out of actually working! No wonder businesses that care about their customers go a long way. I won’t be surprised if I don’t find them there one fine day when I am strolling through the mall. Until then ladies, find yourself a place that will be interested in making money and providing service to their clients

Good effort but fell short. Booked an RMT for 85 mins but the RMT didn’t read her schedule properly and stopped the session after 55 mins (I had gone through the effort to confirm with the reception twice since I knew the time was not a «normal» time). Was looking forward to a nice end of the year longer massage session but was disappointed with the the mixup and the massage itself seemed rushed (now I realize it was because she thought she only had 55 minutes). There wasn’t really an effort to make amends for the mix up via a discount or something. She offered to start up again for the additional 30 minutes but it seemed a bit weird to undress and start again for the additional 30 minutes after she realized the mix up and she didn’t really seem to want to do it either. The tea beforehand was nice and the front desk were nice enough. The massage was mediocre — a lot of effleurage but I booked the RMT over the other types of spa massages because I needed more deep tissue/​therapeutic work done. My back actually felt stiffer than before the massage. Probably wouldn’t recommend the RMT here. I’ve been here before for other services which were great so pretty disappointed the RMT wasn’t as hoped.

I came in for a pedi a couple weeks ago and the whole experience was fantastic. That is until I was waiting to pay for the service. Unfortunately I had to witness the most unprofessional and abusive treatment of a staff member towards another staff member. I later found out in was in fact the MANAGER treating her staff that way. I was horribly embarrassed for the poor girl being reprimanded in that manner in a store full of people. Just to be clear the MANAGER belittled the staff member to the point of tears after the staff member asked her to clarify several steps about a certain service offered. Her behaviour and tone was completely unacceptable ESPECIALLY in front of customers. I would even go as far as saying it was borderline abusive. I will NOT be visiting again.

I had arms, under arms, legs, brazillian and upper lip. Hillary was awesome, very talkative and VERY good at what she does. I had everything done in like 35 minutes. (keep in mind I was talking LOTS)
As well, I also had the one hour relaxation massage. IT was absolute bliss.
You wouldn’t think the little mall front would be a full-​fledge spa, but as soon as you step in, you get the full treatment.
After my waxing, Hillary even gave me a bit of mineral make-​up and some product and make-​up advice.
