At Cobs we’re the bread specialists! Our bakers are trained and highly skilled in bread making. We believe in baking everything ourselves, and all of our breads are baked fresh daily on the premises. Our bakers use time-​honoured ‘scratch baking’ methods.

History

Established in 2006.

Cobs Bread came to Canada in 2003 from Australia where it’s parent company, Bakers Delight, has been around since 1981.

Cobs has a network of over 70 bakeries in Canada and approximately 700 in Australia, New Zealand and Canada.

Cobs bakes all of their breads from scratch, using basic recipes that don’t include preservatives, sugar or dairy.

With a range including White, Whole Wheat and Country Grain, along with pastries and a wide selection of scones, Cobs is sure to have something for everyone!

Business Owner

Leigh and his wife Teriann came to Canada from Australia to manage two Cobs Bread stores. Both have been Bakers Delight (Cobs’ parent company) owners in Australia and come to Cobs with much experience in bread making and business.

They have now purchased the Willowbrook Mall location and have settled in nearby Cloverdale.
