True View Services is an independently owned and operated Home Inspection Company. We are dedicated to providing the best in home inspection services, at competitive prices. We use up-​to-​date testing equipment and meet or exceed the current home inspection Standards of Practice. We provide instant, on-​site reporting, complete with photos. Our Inspections include: pre-​purchase (Buyers) inspection, pre-​listing (Sellers) inspection, pre-​delivery inspection, new home warranty inspection, maintenance inspection, accessibilty, pre & post renovation inspection and aging in place inspections for senior homeowners. Air quality testing for mould and asbestos is also available.

Alf Pauls is a resident of Kitchener, Ontario and is the owner/​operator of True View Services. He offers the following qualifications:

–Certified Member of NACHI

–Graduate of Conestoga College, completed Home Inspection course

–Completed Carson Dunlop Home Inspection program

–Completed Construction Estimating Course at Conestoga College

–Twenty-​four years experience as a skilled tradesman

–Licensed Sheet Metal Worker

–Educated in 2006 Ontario Building Code and it’s addendums

–Follows NACHIs Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice

–Continually upgrading education in the Home Inspection Industry
