Wow, this is nice and so not true would this lady wrote! I have all the evidence of the correspondence. I was on holiday when her order came in and my ladies wrote her that I am out and the refund could take a few weeks. At the same moment I saw the mail from my lady to the customer I jumped in from holiday and wrote a mail to the customer that I can process the refund of course as well from my holiday and that it has been done already. I hoped I did customer service on the highest level but got instead a mail back that I shouldn’t have charged her credit card in the first place if I haven’t got an item in the inventory. I again wrote her nicely back that I didn’t charge her credit card, she herself did the payment at the online checkout and thats how the system works. Then she replied me in in a nasty mail that this is the last time she was doing business with a dodgy company in a foreign country.
I was then asking her, quote: «is it actually is nice being so bitchy for no reason?» I mean I gave it my best and immediate attention to her what wanted an item I did unfortunately not have anymore in her size, refunded the amount she paid the very same day and I get this attitude? And then a review like this?

The website has a good selection of scrubs so thought I’d try a first order. After the order went through and was charged against my account I got an email saying that the item had been discontinued and was not available. I could get a refund but it would be a couple of weeks because the boss was away. Not a good way to do business. I said I would not order from them again and got an email back from «Guido» calling be a bitch. Did get my account credited sooner but a very unpleasant experience. Try somewhere else to get your scrubs.
