Love their fresh juice and smoothies bar. Get my lunch and load up on their variety of yummy salads every time I’m in town. They are a god sent for me with their all organic produce and gluten free options. Love the staff as well!!!

My favourite place for a snack or light lunch/​dinner in Kelowna. It is located inside Nature’s Fare. The selection is large, the items are fresh made daily, and mostly organic. The service is cafeteria style, order at the counter and wait for it (no table service). They have usually 2 soups and then soups and chili on weekends. Sometimes they have butter chicken, or stews. I have never had one I didn’t like. They also have large smoothie and juice menu. The prices are good for what you get. The staff are friendly and helpful — don’t hesitate to ask to see the soups, etc. before you make your decision, they are happy to show you.
