Used to love coming to Ozekis for dinner, once or twice a week. Staff was friendly and food was tastey, cheap, and fast.
However, in the past month or so, they’ve hired new staff who are honestly rude and not very good at their job. The sushi rolls are now falling apart, and the tempura ever tastes fresh.
Ozekis has lost their appeal to me. Only positive is the booth rooms they have, which feel more private. Gave them a handful of chances to change my mind, but I won’t be returning any time soon.

Great prices and delivery after 5! Try the home made iced Tea and the crab rangoon.
I had a bunch of hosa maki for under 3.00. I really hope this place suceeds down in the mission.

Love this place, eat here all the time. Sushi and other food is very good. I especially like the fried onion roll, never tried anything like it before. I usually get takeout which is quite fast, like 15 minutes. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. One of the best Japanese and sushi restaurants in Kelowna.
