The food was great (the Nagano roll is amazing) and the staff is so nice!

Worst sushi ever! I love sushi and have eaten sushi in a lot of places (ie. Vancouver, Seattle, Calgary, Edmonton, etc) but this place gets top marks for WORST ever! FOOD– quality of product was poor, taste was terrible (don’t get any roll with ‘special sauce’), and the rolls were falling apart. SERVICE — we were one of three tables in this place and it still took 5 — 10 minutes to get menus. I actually had to ask for them! AMBIANCE — let’s put it this way our booth seat barely had enough room to sit comfortably (and I’m not a chunker either), and the booth itself had pen marked graffiti with references to fisting… yeah, that’s right, fisting! PRICE — for what I payed, I was expecting MUCH MUCH more! In closing, I’m confident that any other sushi restaurant would be better than Nagano (and I haven’t even tried all the restaurants!!).

Love the chicken teriyaki! Service is excellent! And they are one of the only restaurants that i have been too that offer jones soda!
