We have a similar concept in England called ‘Tossed’ You customise your own salads or you follow their own creations.
The chopped Leaf blows Tossed out of the water. The salad was bigger, better and stronger with more variety and options. The price mirrored each other (which proved the UK Tossed had extortionate prices).
I created my own salad with a very similar vide to what I usually get but instead had the ‘goddess’ dressing. It was delicious. I highly recommend The Chopped Leaf as a light lunch stop off.
My sister had the mushroom soup and loves it, was a bit watery for me. I like a thick soup.

That was a pretty «safe wrap» I ordered. The southwest– so full of lettuce I could sell the remainders at a market tomorrow. You get a «safe“rating because the intention was there, but the taste was nowhere to be found.

Very quick and tasty lunch spot. There really isn’t much room inside so it’s a good place to grab a bite to run. I would say prices are a little high for what you get.

Great food and great place to eat. Not worth the price you pay however. Find it very expensive for a salad… Tip: make a salad at home, will cost you ¼ the price.

It’s slightly more then Subway prices but actually closer to eating fresh.
This is my second time eating here and the food was good both times. Sure it’s salad but it is filling. As a 200lb + fatguy in training this ain’t the kinda place i would usually pick but its something different if your tired of subway.
Pro tip: you get more in the bowl then you do in the wrap for the same price.

Quite disappointing. Went to a Chopped Leaf in St Albert, Alberta and it was great. This one in Kamloops lacked freshness and chicken and had wrong dressing… but a LOT of spinach.
Maybe a bad day there or maybe it just depends on who’s running the show… will go back to St. Albert but not Kamloops location.

So disappointed! After an amazing experience at the kelowna chain, I was busting to get back. The components were fresh but the serve size was extremely skimpy. My husband had to buy another meal so I could eat his and be satisfied! Not happy.

Design your own salad is amazing. It’s great for those who are health concious. The staff is always friendly. The salad dressing is mixed in, therefore, not being drenched with dressing.
