Cece’s Kitchen

Sunday Brunch (10:30) Family of 7. Awesome food. Great selection. Top quality. Very nice presentation. Love the freshly carved Roast Beef and Ham. Very nice salad bar and delicious desert and fresh fruits too. We used to come here when it was the old ABC restaurant. The location is awesome. Good parking. No stairs. Nice staff and friendly managers. I am very impressed (as you can tell). I travel for a living, and also used to work in hotels and restaurants for 20 years — TOUGH business ! Wishing them all the best.

First venture here was on a Sunday morning. We were advised there was no menu service, buffet only. We left as buffets are not our thing.
Today… glad we have patience and are not «those people».
Arrived at about 9:45 am. Got seated with dinner menus and a promise of coffee. Server came around and swapped menus for their limited breakfast menu but didn’t bring coffee. Dining area filled up super quick and she was the only server (turns out two others had Saturday morning flus).
What I can only imagine was the owner or manager came from the back to assist as best he could and we finally got our coffee. Thankfully I drink black coffee, my girlfriend takes cream and we had to wait several minutes for that.
Of the two choices on the menu we both chose an omelette.
I think they had to wait for the eggs to be laid, or there was only one cook for the entire restaurant. Our meal took quite a long time to arrive. It did look good though.
Don’t judge a book by its cover, as the saying goes.
My omelette was under cooked. Runny, but edible. So I ate it. Mostly because I don’t like to waste food.
My girlfriend’s omelette on the other hand was so under cooked and runny that she couldn’t eat it.
The hash browns weren’t bad, to their credit.
The server is the only thing that made this outting tolerable, but even she couldn’t ask how are meal was — I suspect she knew.

We are going to Calgary from Vancouver. We decided to stop to sleep in Kamloops at the Comfort inn suite. We went to take dinner on Cece’s. The place is nice, clean. The waiters is very friendly, helpful, very good costumer’s service and food was amazing. Every one (we were 10 people) love the food and the waiter (girl).
I really recommend this place.
