This is the place you’ve heard about but never tried. It’s hidden away on Barton street with no major signage — we drove past it several times. The inside is uniquely decorated(kind of feels like being in an antique shop? In a good way) and the lady who owns/cooks is adorable. If you’re unsure of what to order ask her to take a look at the pictures on the iPad(linked to the Instagram account). We saw something we wanted and although it was a Sunday special she made it anyways. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Overall I would say it’s a nouvelle take on Korean food infused with home-prepared flare. A must try for any Korean food enthusiast.

First time in today! Jake was a pleasure to meet and talk to. The food was incredible! My three picky-eater kids ate everything about five times faster than they eat most food, and it was all so healthy! As a parent I was so happy, and I totally loved my spicy chicken. Mmm-mmm!

I’m not Korean, but after my wife and I had lunch from Golden Brown, we felt like we’d been adopted by a sweet Korean mom who made us some delicious, fresh, and great looking Korean comfort food! Really everything about this place is made from love. They took an abandoned pizzeria and turned it into the quaintest place I’ve ever had the pleasure to be in. If you’re looking for honest, hand made, wonderful food for lunch(or breakfast) be sure to check this place out!
