I got a Fastbin groupon and wasn’t too impressed with the way they do business. 1. Even though they say they are going to call you when the bin is on the way(I followed up with them twice on this one), they don’t. 2. When you call, they don’t identify themselves! They pick up the phone and say — may I help you? Makes me think they use an answering service, or something like that. «Fastbin, how may I help you» would make so much more sense. 3. They take a deposit on your credit card, then once they weigh your bin, they tell you how much it will be. That’s the theory anyhow. My groupon gave me 3 free tons, and I had to pay the overage. Do you think they called to tell me the additional cost? Nope. Just dinged the olé credit card. Overall, not impressed!
