Over 40 years and going strong!

2001 Record and Stereo Centre opened its doors on Dovercourt Road at Bloor Street in Downtown Toronto in 1971. Over the years, A-​track and transistor radios have given way to plasma TVs and mp3 players. One store became many. And 2001 has undergone its share of name changes.

Today, 2001 Audio Video — under original Canadian ownership — operates over 20 stores across Southern Ontario with the mission of bringing our customers the newest technology, by friendly and knowledgeable staff, at the lowest prices — guaranteed!
