I am not going to review the food at this Tim’s location since it’s consistently the same at almost every location. Instead, I am reviewing the staff and service. The inside of this location is stupidly cramped! There isn’t much room to stand in line. God forbid there would be more than five or six people waiting, they’d probably almost be standing outside. Staff is friendly and they’re quick to call you to the register when you’re up, but I often have to repeat my order to them… even when I’m just getting a coffee. «Medium two cream please.» «Medium three cream?» «No, two cream.» Also, I hate lettuce and I literally cannot eat it. I involuntarily gag on it and spit it back up(I’m such a carnivore). Whenever I order a sandwich, I always ask for NO lettuce. Don’t mind tomatoes, but lettuce? Oh no, not on my food! So imagine how I feel when literally EVERY sandwich item I’ve ordered from this Tim’s has come with lettuce on it even though I’ve asked every single time for no lettuce. Is the staff not listening well? Are they forgetting to include«no lettuce» on the order? What’s going on? Another time during a family outing, we stopped at this location to pick up some breakfast to have on the go when driving down to the valley. All I ordered was a bagel. One bagel. Several other people who had been behind me in line received their orders ahead of me after about five minutes of waiting, so the staff was questioned about my bagel. Their response? «What bagel?» Yeah, seriously. And when I finally got my bagel? It was the worst cut job I’ve ever seen. It wasn’t cut in half through the middle or even close to it. Rather, the employee cut perilously close to the outside of the bagel. Instead of the halves being cut 50:50, it was more like 10:90 if I had to classify it with a ratio. I asked for it to be toasted, but they barely even did that. The bagel didn’t even brown up and wasn’t even remotely crispy as a result. Barely even warm, and I ate it as soon as I returned to the car which was parked right outside. Another time, I went in during the noon hour when the lunch menu was up to order a sandwich from the lunch menu. They told me that I wasn’t able to do so because the bread was still frozen. So they weren’t even ready to serve lunch despite it being the noon hour on a Friday. I hate that this is the only Tim’s near where I currently live. I really, really do. If the staff wasn’t so friendly and nice, I’d be one starring this Tim’s because they consistently screw up my orders. No other Tim’s does this so frustratingly often. Go elsewhere for your coffee or donuts if you can.

Those new red velvet cup cakes are not real red velvet cake. They taste more like I light chocolate cup cake with cream cheese frosting. They are not bad but I would not call the red velvet and I would have more frosting.

On the one hand — an okay location, especially if you plan to use their very popular drive-thru. On the other hand — a very busy location with a small seating area. The staff are mostly(but not always) efficient. Oddly, they seemed surprised by the morning rush every time I was there and the line-up stretched to the door. They just seemed flabbergasted that there could ever possibly be this many people who would want to partake of the offerings of Mr. Horton. Every. Single. Time. The food is… well, c’mon, unless you’re a tourist, you know how the food and drink are. If you ARE a tourist, the coffee’s an acquired taste, the tea is good and the food is unhealthy yet often(but not always) tasty.

Tim Hortons I have to say, I do like the efficiency of this one and the fact that they have garbage cans to put your old supply in. There is always a line up here, but it moves quick. It is a nice Tim’s inside, fairly large and clean. What can I say, there are Tim’s lovers out there. They have their own language. Large triple double, Med, Double Double, etc, you know the drill.
