Normally I love pizza delight but today I went with my boyfriend during a snow storm and while the service started out good it ended off terribly. I work as a waitress and am generally pretty lenient as I understand what it’s like to try and juggle everything. Our server had no juggling to do. She had to take outs that were in and out while we were eating and then nothing except for our table in the entire restaurant. We had finished our food and pushed it to the end of the table to get it packed up and she didn’t come for another ten minutes despite making eye contact multiple times. A man that was there with her also made eye contact with us but never tried to get her to our table. Eventually she came and instead of offering to pack up our food she gave us containers and a bill and hardly served us at all. I will not return to this location.

Ordered the $ 11.99 lunch buffet. Very poor selection of pizza. No pastas out at all. Salad fixings were very poor. Certainly not worth the money. Walked out and got lunch elsewhere

I went here today with my mom, sister and niece. We were one of 3 tables in the whole place. I was not impressed at all with the food or service. We were looking forward to the complimentary bread grill but that was short lived. The bread was packaged bread, Villaggio I believe, the stuff you get at Sobeys and they offered four choices of butter spreads, none of which any of is liked or could eat so there was a lot of wasted bread unfortunately. I ordered the roasted vegetable fettuccine and it came looking nothing like it did on the menu. It wasn’t even made with fettuccine noodles and they were pretty scarce with the vegetables. It tasted pretty bad and I had to coat it in pepper just to make it palatable. I would have mentioned to the server I didn’t like it, and probably would have ordered something else, however, she didn’t make one appearance at our table from the time she gave us our food to the time we finished. I ended up eating about a third of it only because I am pregnant and was really hungry. My 9 year old niece, who eats everything, couldn’t eat her kids menu fettuccine. She said it was gross and tasted like it came from a package. My mom and sister both got the 6″ personal pizza for $ 8 something each and both were surprised how small they actually were for the price. When the server finally came to collect the dishes she asked me if I wanted mine packed up to take with me, when she should have asked if everything was ok with it. I told her I didn’t like it but she didn’t apologize, ask me if I’d like something else, or offer a refund so since I had to pay $ 12.49 for it I told her I’d take it home and see if my husband would eat it, which he didn’t. When she brought the bills she didn’t let us know we had to go to the front desk to pay so we ended up waiting for 10 minutes assuming she was returning with the credit/debit machine. Very frustrated leaving there. Definitely won’t be returning.

It tries. Like any other chain their culinary creativity lacks because it all come from the freezer. It’s fine. You will find something there I’m sure. Being vegetarian even I found a couple options. The cold pasta said wasn’t bad but honestly I wouldn’t go there just for it. The prices are lower than other chains so that’s a plus but their service lacks greatly.

Sometimes I just get a craving for the kind of pizza I grew up with in Ontario, and when I do, if I’m around Bayer’s Lake, I come here. I like their thin crust pizza, I like the pretty sweet tomato sauce and it suits me perfectly. The staff are friendly and efficient and the food is usually ready pretty quickly. Very family friendly by the looks of it.

This is my preferred Pizza Delight location! The menu has lots of options, including choices that are non-pizza related. I’m actually a pretty big fan of their wraps. The dessert options are great too. I always have a really hard time deciding between the cheesecake, apple crumble, or brownie skillet thinger. The service is fast and always friendly. They seem to be really good at knowing when to check in with you and when to just leave you be. It’s a little less crowded here compared to other Pizza Delight’s but not much. Although they do a pretty decent job at making it feel much less crowded although I’m not sure how to explain how. It just… has a nice feel. 4 stars because there’s no bread bar/grill! Why not!!! That’s the best part! :(

Not a lot of options in Bayers Lake for a nice sit down, but I tend to return here once in a while when I need my carb fix. It’s Pizza Delight, the options and venue are consistent with other locations in town. I like the buffet. Seems like the best bet as the other menu options are just as expensive, especially if you are 2. Lunch time and weekend(off peak times) are not problem walking in and getting a table. Staff is good and never had issues at this location.

Great place to stop into if you’re looking for a fun, friendly and clean place to eat! We ordered a large garlic fingers and a pizza with the works and a pop for under $ 30! I was very impressed with the quick service we received. Within minutes of arriving, we were seated with menu’s, given our drinks and 5 minutes after we ordered, our food was given to us. There were a lot of people there. It was a Friday night at 6pm so we expected to wait a little while for a table but we were pleasantly surprised. I was a little nervous going to this restaurant as the last time I was there I was quite disappointed. Our pizza was barely cooked and our garlic fingers were cold! I called and spoke to the Manager and he gave me a free meal and since then, I’ve been quite satisfied overall.

This is a great family restaurant. Not only is the décor bright and inviting, there’s a fantastic little play room for little ones, complete with TV and DVD. What a great idea! This way, kids are amused and the grown ups get a chance to have a conversation and relax. The pizzas are tasty with lots of options for the vegetarian and the carnivore. Not in the mood for pizza tonight? No problem there’s lots of other choices on the menu. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely a place to go back to time and time again.
