I stumbled upon Milsy’s when I was doing some work for my dad. We went to lunch here and he ordered us both chicken shwarmas. The women who were working behind the counter preparing salads, sandwiches and pizzas worked like they were experts, and we had our food in no time. The food is Lebanese, and it owned and operated by a local family. Everyone is very pleasant and laid back is this little diner, even during the slight rush of people on their lunches. The décor is nothing to behold, but it’s the perfect atmosphere to eat this food. You don’t have to worry about eating a half a cup of garlic spread and having smelly breath because you are put at ease by the poster of Ringo Star on the wall. It’s a place where there is no fancy pretence, just delicious food. Hot Hint: There is a special each day(which can be seen on the chalkboard just inside the entrance.) On Friday you can get a big chicken or beef shwarma for just $ 7.99.
