Flower Art has put a very different spin on what a souvenir is. Here you can look at a variety of cards and glass –wares.
You will start to see the traffic in the Historic Properties picking up with the Spring Time here. When I went the store was opened.

Usually when one thinks of souvenirs, they think of something to express the place they’re visiting. Flower Studio Art, in the Historic Properties at the end of the Halifax Harbour is unique.
The collect and press local flowers into most creative and beautiful pieces. You can buy cards, or lovely flora pressed on glass supported by metal stands. It really makes a charming souvenir.
The only problem is — they only seem to be open in the summer months — serious tourist season. That said, you can peek through the windows to get a flavour of what you’d like and then order on line. Seems like a plan.
