Carter’s OshKosh B’gosh

Went in here looking for a gift card. Was treated poorly, ignored, almost as if I was invisible. Waited at the counter for 20m and they kept letting people in front of me, to the other people in line’s shared confusion. Decided they weren’t worth my money with this deplorable customer service. Will be telling everyone to avoid this place like the plague.

I was here yesterday looking for some outfits for my baby to be. I had a question about the sizing so I approached a sales clerk to ask about it. When I said I was due September 3^rd, her response was a look, and then saying, «You still have THAT far to go?» I was really put off, and just shook my head, said a very sarcastic «Thanks» and walked away from her. I left without buying anything, which is a shame because they do have really cute things here for great prices. Salespeople, ESPECIALLY in this line of work should really know better than to make rude comments to expecting parents. I can certainly infer the translation of what she was saying to be «wow, you’re huge and look like you are about to have the baby now!» Not helpful. I know I’m short and have popped quite a bit, but my doctor tells me I’m exactly the size I should be, so there, rude lady!

Cute, durable kids clothes (on par with Gymboree) for a third of the price (boys jeans for $ 12, shirts for $ 8). This stuff survives wearing, washing, playing and doesn’t come apart or lose its shape (*cough* Walmart *cough*). I love this store. Huge selection and a great return policy (no time limit as long as not washed/​worn).

I popped in this shop with a friend a couple weeks ago, and we both expected sort of «precious» clothes with a precious price tag to match. Boy were we wrong! Totally cute kids clothes at super reasonable prices. I got each of my favourite girls a super cute t-​shirt that says, «My aunt (hearts) me» for $ 6 each. I picked up a gift for my cousins’s little boy from my mom — a plaid dress shirt onesie in turqouise, blue and green that comes with the cutest little pair of khakis for $ 20.
