Checkpoint Paralegal is owned by Albert Arnott. Albert Arnott is a Paralegal who is licensed and in good standing with the Law Society of Upper Canada. He graduated from an accredited program, completed a field placement, passed a licencing exam, maintains liability insurance and logs CPD credits every year.

Albert provides legal services in the areas of Landlord and Tenant law, Human Rights, Employment Law as well as Small Claims Court litigation.

Albert has over 25 years of experience interpreting rules and regulations from his time in the Import/​Export field. This also gave him extensive skills for navigating bureaucracies.
