Beyond Rewards first started in 1989 as an HR Training & Development and Career Development company, our services have grown to offerings in all HR related disciplines as well as offerings in Management Consulting and Safety.

Meet the Business Owner

Lynne B.

Business Owner

Lynne Bard has over 25 years experience working in Human Resources, Safety and Training; taking the lead role in Human Resources and safety for her clients. Lynne provides HR Expertise for ECO HR Blog, HAZMAT Magazine, HAZMAT online Blog, AODA Expert, and develops and delivers many Human Resource and safety training programs online and face-​to face. Lynne’s expertise has won several awards of excellence in the field and continues to lend experience and credibility to organizations with best practice solutions and processes that lend to the success of her clients businesses.

Lynne received her Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation in 1990 from the Human Resources Association of Ontario. Lynne earned her Bachelor of Arts with Honours in 1994 from the University of Guelph, majoring in Sociology with a minor in family studies & attained the Dean’s Honour Roll. Lynne received her Myers Briggs certification from Psychometrics Canada.
