Lucky King Take Out

My local go to for Chinese takeout.
I’ve tried lunch & dinner options. They have well-​priced lunch specials costing $ 7.10. You get a main dish (5 options to choose from), plus fried rice and a tasty spring roll. I added on a hot and sour soup and that too was well seasoned and spicy in the right way.
I often upgrade my combo’s rice to their delicious noodles, and they’re open to doing so as long as you pay $ 2. I think a lot of places won’t allow you to change set combos, but I’ve never had an issue doing so. The portions are mighty plentiful, especially for the dinner deals. You also have the option of placing your order online and pre-​paying with credit card.
I’ve always been greeted there promptly; after going a handful of times, the owner remembers you and is super friendly. It’s clearly a family run business.
The location is a bit frustrating, as you have to do a u-​turn if you are heading east. Otherwise, it’s located in a small stripmall with a few parking spots in front.
