I’ve been coming here for the past 10years off and on, service was decent at the time, not sure what happened now… My last 2 encounters. I went in for colour and trim, I Showed the lady a picture of what I wanted so it wasn’t too difficult for them to understand, incase I wasn’t describing myself enough. I was there for well over 3 hours and my hair came out nothing like the picture I showed her and instead of a trim, she cut off 3inches… I looked like the sun exploded on top of my head!!! that’s know bright it was and my hair that was about midback is now way shorter then I asked… Ridiculous! Anyways, Went back to ask them to fix it a 2 days later and was told it would cost me $ 20, another lady took me in and added a darker tint and when I went to pay she charged me $ 50… Can you say rip off?
Total Image is a Total RIP off, very bad service
Do not get your fair cut here, I will not be returning!

Great service & very talented hair stylists. I highly recommend this hair salon. Their new location in the mall is contemporary and beautiful!
