Lousy customer service. Ordered 5 items on Feb.18 and received only 2 at this point, 2 weeks later.
Seems their service provider (UPS) isn’t very reliable.
Driver didn’t deliver any of the product received, nor did driver attempt to deliver. It was only by fluke that I found the drop off office for the two items I have received, through no help from either Tigerdirect or UPS.
Of course UPS did nothing wrong, their drivers are infallible! /​sarcasm
Waiting for an explanation has taken forever. Don’t know what has happened to this company, but of late appear to be going down hill. I had ordered before several times over the past few years, without such problems. Not any more — buyer beware.
One other note, their customer service appears to be located in Miami Florida. Not so good if you’re thinking you’re dealing locally.
