— You have to pay for the car wash first (inside or at the side window)
— an extra $ 1.39 is added if you don’t purchase gas
— they do not sell diesel

AVOID. I am a pretty easy going person but I don’t appreciate being ripped off. Gold package for $ 159 told I would have to pay extra for pet hair I just got a puppy so there was a bit of hair not much cause I had a cover. So add $ 20 plus tax to the $ 159. No call when the car was finished 5hrs later. I go pick up my car the seat it’s covered in dirt and dust the guy tells me he didn’t know my seat reclined which was bogus. Pet hair still in the seat and dirt was on the dashboard. The mirrors were mucky and spotted. When I showed him he just used a damp rag which I could of done myself. The car smelled weird I was looking forward to a clean car smell. They don’t clean the glove box which for the price they should. He just kept saying they can’t get everything… if that’s the case don’t charge me for it then. I am not a picky person I would just like what I paid for. Zero customer service they do nothing but lie to your face about everything. I really hope this saves someone money.

Friendly staff, a great job detailing my car, and gas is always 2 or 3 cents lower than «Big Oil». The place is just east if Islington on the south side of The Queensway… I have had exterior washes there for years (Used to be a Shell) today is the first time I spent 38 dollars for the express interior detail… Great Job … one of those times when you just have nothing but happy thoughts… And a nice shiny car inside and out…

Took my car in for the gold interior package ($ 120). They kept my car for about 2.5 hours. For that amount of time and money for my tiny ass car, I expect attention to detail — every inch to be spotless.
Not what I got. The steam machine did a good job on my seats and floor mats, but one of my doors was left completely untouched, and I found some dirt on my seats, in my cup holders and gear shift, and behind the steering wheel. Seriously guys? I’m paying over $ 100 for this, and a machine is doing most of the cleaning for you…
I let them know and they took care of it. I waited about 20 minutes for their touch-​ups, so they threw in a free car wash coupon (pretty reminiscent of Rob M.‘s review).
A five-​star joint needs to get it right the first time.

This has been my neighbourhood Gas station for years (since it was a Shell station, it’s now an Olco.) I’ve taken my vehicles through the car wash before, but never had a car deserving of their detailing services. I lucked into a car that was a killer deal, but had been sitting for a while and was filthy — so I decided to treat it to the Gold interior detailing package. (Vacuuming and Steam Cleaning the entire interior)
When I picked the car up last night it looked fantastic, but in the morning light I could see several spots that had been missed. I returned to Queensway Car Wash and they went back to work on the spots they had missed — and gave me a complimentary car wash to boot!
Very impressed with the service, and now my old car looks, well if not brand new, at least new-​er!
