Quality Suites Toronto Airport

4^th floor is a smoking so the entire 5^th floor smells like an ashtray. They moved us to the 6^th floor with no issues but then there was construction above us that was quite noisy with our sleeping babe.
Hotel is clean, good price, close to airport.

Visited this hotel for one night and it was a great deal. Most importantly it was clean!!! Compared to other hotels me and my friends stayed at this place was definitely clean. And the room size we had was amazing. A two separate room with a full and queen size bed plus a pull out sofa bed, small kitchen area minus a stove, a vanity set section and a two door entry bathroom. I would definitely recommend just not too sure if the hotel had a pool.

We stayed here at the beginning of this week for one night.
This is an all-​suite hotel, so our ‘room’ had a separate bedroom with a king-​size bed and TV plus a living room with a queen bed and a couch, TV and kitchenette incl. fridge plus a separate bathroom. You could easily sleep 3 – 5 people here.
Everything is outdated, the paint is coming off and the hallways looks like a Steven King movie could have been filmed here in the 80s, but they offer free, steady WIFI, it is clean and you don’t hear any noise from the close by airport, so this stay was still fine in my book.
Would I plan to stay here for a 2-​week vacation? No, but if you just need a clean room with WIFI and a working A/​C for a couple of days, then this hotel will be sufficient.

Everything about this hotel is a little dated: the rooms, the lobby, even the creaky elevator with the skewed buttons that makes me a little nervous every time I step in. That being said, it’s one of the more (if not THE most) affordable hotels in the airport area. And if all you need is a quick, cheap stay in a clean room, this place is it. All the rooms I’ve stayed in have been suite-​ish, with a mini-​kitchen area (read: a kitchen sink and a coffee maker), with the bedroom separated by doors.
Whatever you do, don’t waste your time or money eating at the hotel restaurant (Grafitti’s) — it’s terrible. I’ve tried both the breakfast buffet and, in a moment of extreme desperation, even ordered a burger for dinner, and I wouldn’t do either meal there again (Note: not that either meal made me sick, but for the same amount of money, you can find better in the nearby restaurants… especially that burger!)
Long story short: if you’re looking for a clean room, for a short night’s stay, this is your hotel.

We made a last minute booking on the unpublished price list for almost half the regular rate. The initial greeting with the clerk was somewhat ambiguous. As she welcomed us, she made no eye contact. The room was quite spacious, as it is a suite. Nothing fancy, just a carbon copy of our collective imagination of what a hotel room should be. A light smell of damp carpet, worn furniture, analogue televisions, etc.
Be aware: NEVER get any room on the second floor because its located near the gym room. If someone decide to jog on the treadmill, the structural foundation does not block the sound it makes or absorb the vibration. IT IS LOUD! FREE INTERNET is only available in the lobby.

Decent for a budget priced hotel — rooms are pretty sizable, the bed was very comfie and they have a restaurant (Graffitis) that had decent Italian food and reasonably priced wine. Shower pressure was ok too. Asked for an early check-​in and got into my room around 10 AM so was pretty happy w that. All in all I’d be happy to stay here again.

Room was pretty good but the front desk lady did not provide good service, was giving me a hard time and the parking was over priced.

Sometimes a girl just needs to check out of her apartment and into a cheap hotel for a few days. We’ve all been there: When all of the rooms are being painted with poison and you’re flying out in a few days so the location of the hotel is just right for such a get away, so it makes perfect sense to just move in here. You know. Something like that.
Well this happens-​to-​everyone situation happened to me, and luckily an old friend was in town for a conference by the airport, so being in a parking lot in Mississauga actually turned out to be a fairly enjoyable place to linger.
The hotel restaurant, Graffiti’s, is terrible for a la cart, but their $ 6.99 breakfast buffet is pretty decent. It reminded me of uni cafeteria food, which for whatever reason doesn’t phase me. Hot eggs, bacon and sausage and everything else you’d expect. Totally acceptable.
My suite was larger than many friends’ apartments and came with two TVs, a fridge, a microwave, coffee maker and a blow dryer. All of these amenities for under $ 70 a night.
PEPPER’S PISSED: Their wifi ended up being spotty at times, and they did that thing where for a price you could get «better wifi», or stick with their complimentary that kept cutting out. What a crock. You either have free wifi or you don’t.

Old but spacious suites with a sofa in the living room which is separate from the bedroom. Internet is PATHETIC (even the paid higher speed option). Deceptive rates where they won’t advertise the $ 15 per day for parking. Dirty carpets and lousy house-​keeping. The kitchenette is a joke, so is the coffee maker. Waste of money, never considering this place again.

The room was ok. When I arrived, there were leftovers in the mini fridge, there was hair in the tub, an something splattered all down the one door. In the bathroom, there were pink marks all over the wall. The vent in the bathroom was hanging down and dirty. Uncomfortable bed and the sheets were cheap. The blanket was not warm at all.
The breakfast was pretty sad — scrambled eggs, potato squares and sausages w/​juice and cold water on the side. No cereal, no muffins. I waited for 5 minutes for more plates to be brought out.
The only good quality about the room was that it was very spacious.

I booked this hotel online & stayed here for 5 nights total.
Checking into the hotel was easy. Tanina was nice. Because I booked my stay here online, I did not have to pay for the $ 15 per night parking fees (Yay!), & Tanina handed me 5 vouchers for breakfast for each day I stayed there. Later, when I bumped into Tanina again, in a friendly manner, she asked me how I liked the room, and I said it was fine. I also asked her some additional questions, and she was very responsive to my questions.
The room is pretty spacious, but it wasn’t very modern-​looking. The TV was the old big bulky style, but that was okay, since we didn’t watch TV all that often during our stay there.
The only thing that was sucky was that although they provided plenty of towels, they weren’t that soft. =/​They were pretty rough on my skin, esp. my face.
Wifi is free as long as you choose the most basic service. Otherwise, if you want faster internet, you have to pay for that.
So overall, my stay here was all right. It wasn’t a horrible experience, and it wasn’t a wowing experience either, but just enough to be mostly happy with the experience here.

I stayed over night here for a meeting and found the experience adequate. There is training opportunity for good customer service (my diplomatic way of saying it’s bad) but the room is beautiful. The fact that it’s a suite deserves one star point, otherwise, I would have given this a one.
At the check in counter, a girl who was checking in ahead of me tried to check in newly arrived friends. A bunch of them. And the concierge didn’t say anything like telling them that four other people were waiting. Whoever thought that there’s a save-​a-​spot-​when-​checking-​in rule at hotels? Doh. Double doh.
The store inside the hotel looks like a corner convenience store. It doesn’t allow you to charge your purchases to your room so do not forget to bring cash when you try to purchase noodles (yes, they sell noodles) from the store. I didn’t realize that hotels sell uncooked noodles.
The room was clean but overall, it looks substandard. I am not a snob. But something didn’t sit well with me. I was given a photocopied coupon for breakfast. Like a grade school lunch ticket. And when I asked if I could get a muffin instead, the waiter shrugged off his should as if saying: are you stupid I’m giving you breakfast and you’re refusing it?
Reminds me of a car salesman that a potentially lost a sales when he told his client: «Why are you buying a yellow car, don’t do that. You look like a taxi».
