Holy crap the drive thru at this location is always a disaster. People back into the road a lot of time. The drive thru seems a little bit slower than average but nothing ridiculous, but they are usually backed up pretty severely.

I absolutely do not recommend coming to this Tim Hortons. The drive thru line ups take at least 5 or more minutes and they seem to always get my order WRONG. I ordered a chilli today and asked for 2 buns but when I got home I ended up only having one. I’m not a cheap person but when I pay an extra almost $ 2 to get an extra bun I’m expecting it in my bag. I shouldn’t have yo check through it before I leave the drive thru. They also didn’t give me any utensils or butter for the bun. I also ordered LARGE kettle cooked chips and they literally filled the bag halfway. It’s very poor customer service in my opinion. If they don’t have enough chips they should have just told me instead of giving me half a bag worth. The only reason why I come back is because their chilli is thicker and richer than the one on 97th but if I’m only getting a fraction of portions for what I am paying for there is no way I’m coming back. Things like these have happened multiple times in clouding waiting in the drive thru for more than 10 minutes. I Hope someone reads this and changes the drive thru system a bit.

Tim Horton’s have the best gourmet food and beverage. Their customer service is very well satisfied. I enjoy my cup of tea, coffee and beverages with muffins, cookies, Tim bits, donuts, and croissants and my colleagues like eating gourmet foods and beverages in Tim Horton’s. Saves my time for preparing foods and beverages for my colleagues and coworkers. Thank-you, Tim Horton’s.

Fastfood fastreview: The drive thru takes far too long, but other than this I have little to complain about at this location. Keep the coffee coming but do something seriously drastic about your drive thru.

First time I have been to this Tim Hortons and I must say they got my order ready so fast I couldn’t get my money out to pay fast enough. They were friendly, talkative and they even got my order right! My boyfriend was impressed because they gave a treat to Lucy… lucky puppy…

I am from LA here on vacation. The day we landed my aunt and uncle took us here to get their smoothies. I got the strawberry banana with yogurt. It want bad I got to admit but it was more like a juice just not thick like a smoothie. the following days we got their sandwiches. Still not bad. Overall I would go again. The service was good and the food is really not bad. However my review I’d based on non coffee and donuts review. I havent tried their donuts yet maybe before I leave I’ll try their donuts.

I don’t like this TH location. I like natural light and lots of windows, this location has neither. It seems dark and depressing compared to other TH shops. It has only one enterance/exit, most TH have two. I don’t like eating in this place because the lay out of the restaurant sucks too. The store is basically one long vertical line. When it gets busy you have people standing right next to you waiting in line while you are eating. Do you enjoy strangers standing over you while you are eating, reading or involved in a private conversation? Me either. Skip this restaurant if you are planning for a sit down meal, you’ll be glad you did.

Yes, I’m reviewing yet another Timmie’s. This is the closest one to my house, and is pretty much the same as any other location(great service, good eats) except for one thing — there’s ALWAYS a biker gang outside in the parking lot. It’s like they live there! Trust me, just drive by this location at any time, and more likely than not, they will be there. I don’t have anything against biker gangs, and it’s not like they’ve ever done any harm to me. It’s just that I feel a little uncomfortable having to walk through a bunch of leather-clad tough guys on their motorcycles, when all I want are my timbits. So I don’t come here that much, only when I am seriously jonesing for some donuts.
