Rude staff who rushes your from even getting what you want, a lady in front of me said there was a hair in the donuts, so the lady roles her eyes and brings the donuts to the back, then brings the whole tray right back out

While I’m thankful this Timmies is open 24hrs, I really dread having to use it as it is always filthy. I’ve seen staff give customers a really hard time about using restrooms before a purchase, some folks just want to wash their hands before handling food and others just simply need to use it with every intention of a purchase.

I am not a big fan of Tim Hortons. However, there are times early in the morning that I go and get a steeped tea and muffin because Starbucks and Second Cup are closed. Yesterday was an example. I went through the drive through on my way to work(around 6 – 615 am). I was told by a lady to give her a few minutes. Fine. No problem. About 5 minutes later, she finally took my order. I get to the window, and she was very unfriendly. I pay and she hands me my muffin and my steeped tea. If you haven’t gotten the steeped tea, it is HOT. I ask for a coffee collar because I don’t want to burn my hands. And the look I got was priceless. It looked like a scowl, but I am not sure because she didn’t smile once. I get it. It IS early and retail/fast food isn’t always the most fun place to work(I have worked retail before for many years) but would it hurt to smile and be friendly to the customers?
