Ordered a sour cream glazed donut and it was rock hard as if it was a week old. Not impressed. I wish I could post a picture of what this donut looked like.

I went through the drive through and had to wait over 5 mins to order(with only one car ahead of me!). I place my order(2 large steeped teas dd) and all I get in reply is «k». Not even«I’ll have your total at the window» or «okay». Just a damn«k» and dead silence. I wait for OVER12 mins to just get to the window(8 of which was in one spot) and the only thing that can say to me is «it’s going to be 7 mins». By then, I’m not having it because I’ve waited over 15 mins and they want me to wait another 7?! So they offer me… To fucking park or order something else. They could have at least told me this was going to take a long time considering how slow it was before I even ordered.

Absolutely terrible customer service they always have ppl at the windows tills that can’t speak proper English. Then have the girls can speak great English making sandwiches and cleaning garbages. They are always out of what I order. They make the inside customers wait and serve drive thru on priority. Today I watched them serve my food to other customers then tell me they didn’t have more made me stand in line for refund. I mentioned things they could improve on numerous times they continue with the ridiculous service that is probably less than the service prisoners get !

Like most timmies, this place is average. Why I give it a less than average rating is because I have gone in many times when there are no line ups and I have to stand around and wait while the guys and gals behind the counter chat with each other, no impressed.

I absolutely love Tim Hortons. Some locations are much better than others. This location is NOT one of my favorites. The drive through at a Tim Hortons can make or break it. The drive through at this location is extremely awkward and I have been cut off in line on more than one occasion. What an infuriating experience! The orders are also occasionally wrong. I have a certain level of acceptance for incorrect orders — this location has certainly fallen below the level of acceptable in my books.

Tim’s is quick, cheap, and the coffee is good. This location was average for Tim’s though the male washroom looked pretty scary today.

Every time I come to Canada I come each at Tim Horton. I love their chili here. Its simply the best chili I’ve eaten. The combo of chicken salad sandwich and chili makes my mouth water every time. To top it off, this place is open 24 hours per day. Makes late night snacking the best.

Couldn’t ask for a better cup of fresh coffee than Tim’s. We were visiting family here in Edmonton and luckily there was a Tim’s right around the corner. We would walk to it in the morning, the cold, crisp Alberta mornings that is, and the closer we got the bigger our smiles became knowing that soon we would be savoring that warm elixir. The lines were usually long but the saints at the register would efficiently blow through them. This place is always busy to say the least. You can tell by the missing color on the tile floor which clearly indicated the well worn pathway into the shop. Funny I thought. The coffee itself is in my opinion just right. I had mine with double cream. You could taste the beans, nutty & flavorful. Just the way I like it. It wasn’t too bitter, wasn’t too harsh or burnt, it was just right. And the pastries were delicious as well. I tried the chocolate danish; light and chocolatey, not too sweet. My husband had the chili and for ‘fast’ food it was good. Not the best chili but certainly in a pinch, decent. With the chili you also got a nice big role, choice of white or wheat. I’d say the only down side to this experience is that since it’s very busy there, it doesn’t get cleaned as often as it should. The tables were a bit dirty and the floor needed to be swept but who cares, I came for the coffee and not for the ambience. A side note to this is that, for those of you who care like myself, the bathrooms were clean. I’d highly recommend Tim Hortons if you ever get a chance to visit them. Well worth the small pittance of money it cost to get what is by far the best chain coffee I have and may very well have the fortune to partake of.
