This student-run print shop on the U of A campus is all about service. I have had them do various print jobs for me over the last few years and all have been well done, on time and at the quoted prices. If you do a lot of commercial printing, you would know how rare that is. Staff are helpful and often suggest a better or cheaper way to do something, which shows they really understand the capabilities of their equipment.

SUBprint is the electronic printing facility at the University of Alberta. I went here earlier today to help my sister get her thesis printed since she was out of the country. The document I was getting printed was about 126 pages long so I thought getting it printed and bound would be a hassle. Turns out it was a lot easier than I expected. The attendant was extremely friendly and helpful. I gave her the directions my sister had emailed to me and she took care of the rest. She really knew her stuff and you could tell she had done this kind of this a million times. It took her about 10 to 15 minutes to get three copies printed and bound. She even gave me directions around campus to find a place to mail out the documents right after I had paid. Prices were fair as well. Everything cost me about $ 18. Incredible service from my experience.
