This is one of my least favorite Starbucks. Customer service is very spotty. Sometimes it is okay and other times it isn’t. One time I was waiting for someone to come and take my order and a bunch of the staff were standing around chatting. One of the girls was talking so loud you could probably hear her from the parking lot. I have also had issues with drinks being made wrong. Today was okay but I ended up with the wrong pastry. As I was on my way to physiotherapy, I didn’t have time to correct it. I have to say, the cookies have gotten smaller. I used to email Starbucks customer service when I had an issue, but I don’t even think it’s worth it anymore. Starbucks has gone downhill and taken the customer service with it.

Its not that hard to get the simple orders in right. I didnt not ask for special order, just what they got in the menu.. Ugh I had to explain the drink for the person. Also, cant they find morning people to work in the morning who can be happy to work in the morning. ?! This was not my first time of experience grumpy crew in the morning. It is the worst thing to face the grumpy people in the morning as I walk in to grab a simple drink of latte. And yes, they are ALWAYSOUTOFSOMETHING !!! Not impressed.

This location is the most inconsistent when it comes to making your drink correctly. For the last 9yrs I have been having the same drink and most days they either forget the extra shots of coffee or don’t stir it. Not sure why they have new people making your drink or don’t measure your shots of coffee. The shot glass is there for a reason. Roger is the manager at this location and he seems to get the drink right. Roger should spend time training the staff on how to make drinks. My drink costs me $ 7.30 and it’s a shame when it’s not right. I am loosing hope in this location, hopefully they can get it right.

‘We’re out of everything! ’ Seems to be the order of the day. I was disappointed that they display the pepperoni turnover in the display case but when I order it the product is discontinued?! Don’t display product you don’t sell. Also all other fold over types are sold out. Finally– It doesn’t take 24 hours for a gift card to transfer to the Starbucks app, it happens right away. I put an extra $ 10 on my app thinking that’s what happened but when I refreshed my app the gift card had applied.

Starbucks is a place that sells coffee and a few goodies to eat with coffee. The coffee is fresh brewed, or you can buy coffee beans and/or grounds. You can also sit and drink your coffee here. They have Wi-Fi here for your electronic device(s), and it’s FAST. If you come here in winter, the floors may be wet and gritty. They have long carpets for you do walk on — as illustrated in the photograph provided. The coffee will taste much better than Folgers at home. It will also be more expensive than your folgers. You will need a decent paying job to enjoy a cup every day.

This store is consistently among the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. Their service has gone down since my last review, and if it weren’t so dang close to home, we’d never come back. They have trouble making drinks correctly, are ridiculously slow, and service is never delivered with a smile.

Very standard Starbucks but on multiple occasions they have been out of many different syrups to make certain drinks which gets very frustrating!

Great hidden place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee with friends. Great staff and a great little patio.

Your typical Starbucks in regards to the quality of food, drinks, and decoration, though I would say above average in cleanliness. However, the staff are generally rude and unfriendly when it comes to the overall service. The only reason I do go to this location is because it is the only really close one this far south, otherwise, I would avoid it. Also, as per the other reviewer comments, the drive through is indeed ridiculously slow, even when there are few or even no cars in front of you. Bottom line, if you aren’t in any particular rush, or don’t care about the quality of service, then a this is just that, a place to get your average Starbucks food and drink fix, but leave possibly worse off for the experience.

Been to this Starbucks lots. The drive thru is suspect, be patient and even though there seems to be no other cars around you may need to wait. Typically the coffees are good and the servers are friendly.

Just went to this Starbucks for the first time yesterday. It seems to be the only one in the area, which is surprising because usually there are 3 to a block! It’s kind of hidden away from the street and is located next to an M&M Meat Shop. It’s your average Starbucks — friendly staff, clean shop and fantastic coffee. They also have a nice outside patio for you to enjoy the summer weather!
