Good selection but a bit price compared to its sister brand Safeway. Staff could be more helpful too

This Sobeys is my favourite! All of the staff are incredibly helpful and kind! They go out of their way to ask how customers are doing and offer to help find and carry things! The produce has always been fresh and abundant and there is a wide variety of meats and cheeses! The prices do seem a touch higher here (compared to say «no frills» for example) but since i can get airmiles points AND REDEEM airmiles (use it as if it were cash! Towards my grocery purchases) i don’t mind! And also, because the food is fresh and in stock (again, compared to «no frills» on the north side here) it seems well worth it!

I frequent here often and every time it is so uplifting! There are many young workers there and all willing to help and to learn as I feel some of them are new. The shelves are stocked, fresh items, they usually have what I need but prices… I would go back to save ons but the location is convenient so I just suck it up. I just love this Sobeys, I walk there planning what to buy but as I enter its not about buying. It’s about soaking their atmosphere up! If you want to enjoy your shopping experience, here is the place. If you’re looking for specific items… well good luck! Oh I definitely like their meat section and sausages, yum. Since I have become a regular, I absolutely adore the workers, since day one. Hands down. I hope you Unilocalers find it pleasant!
