Lately my dryer has been acting up, taking 3 rounds of drying before clothes are dry enough to fold. I decided to try Soap Time’s drop off service, to see if it would be worth it to pay them to do the laundry, rather than me wasting 2 days washing laundry. Within two hours of dropping off 23 pounds of laundry, I received the text saying all the clothes were washed, dried, and folded! At $ 1/pound, this place is totally worth it! Even if my dryer gets fixed by my landlord, I’m still going to Soap Time. My time is better spent doing other things, rather than wasting a day at home doing laundry.

It was OK, there were lots of machines, and it was not very busy for a Sunday afternoon. It was a little awkward… this is certainly not a luxury laundromat(are there such things anymore?). Several of the machines took some prodding to get working after I put coins in. There were three people there staffing the place, so it was easy to get their help in cajoling the machines to work. They sell pop at their counter($ 1.50 for a can), so that wasn’t too bad. They have free WiFi, so I could mess around on facebook while I waited for the cycles to complete. I’m not sure if I was using the dryer properly. The machine I chose(I think it actually had a female name assigned to it!) seemed to only accept quarters, and that only allowed me to select 5 minute cycles. It was a really big machine, though. You could use it or big items, like duvets, that’s for sure. I stood by the machine and kept inserting quarters every 5 minutes until my laundry was dry enough(I laid out some pieces to dry more completely when I got home).

I have had my business laundry done here for the last 4 months and they are wonderful! The couple that owns it are so friendly and appreciative of your business. Every time I pull into the parking lot he runs out to help me unload everything. They are reasonably priced and the facility is very clean. She has all my stuff done in under 24 hours, she has it all folded neatly and ready for pick up. She’ll send a quick text telling you it’s ready and the amount. I love supporting these two and if you’re looking for a laundry may I would say look no further!

Nice little gem! Lots of machines! The lady there was very nice and helped me operate the machine. Price is reasonable. Highly recommended!

My washer broke down this month and the clothes have been piling up, based on Unilocal reviews I chose Soap Time as it was close to my home. The owners here were so nice, and my months worth of clothes were dropped off at noon Saturday and picked up at 6:00pm, fresh, clean and folded! All for $ 15. Would highly recommend and will go again if my washer never gets fixed.

Totally dig this place, I moved and well had to find the nearest laundry mat and this was it. The owner saw me carrying my laundry in, hands full, so he stopped what he was doing ran and opened the door for me so I wouldn’t struggle. The wash machines cost $ 2.50 with drying a quarter every 6 minutes. Put on high and 75cents can get em dry. I have a laundry mat in my building but like others I choose to go to a laundry mat, more so for the people watching, there are some strange cats out there. There always seems to be a vacant machine. Worth it!

I’ve always had a thing for laundromats. It’s a city thing, I think. Reading a book, listening to music and watching the cars drive by on 104th street. Soap Time is my neighborhood laundromat. I recently moved to a new apartment building which has a coin-based laundry room … borrrrring! Why bother! They’ve got excellent machines, that’s a given. From varying load-sizes of 1, 3, 4, 5 and I think 6 load machines. The supergiant machine was big enough for my queen sized duvet, cover, fitted sheet, normal sheet, three pillows and pillow covers. No I’m not kidding. One entire collection of bedding fit in that! That’s awesome! Their dryers do a splendid job too. I love multi-tasking the drying loads and with close to a dozen dryers here, it’s so easy to use up 3 – 4 at a time and get your clothes dried in 20 mins! The best part, in all seriousness: Fluff & fold, baby! I love the concept of getting your clothes laundered. The ever-smiling Asian mom & pop that own this store happily get your clothes washed and folded, ready to go! The return time is usually a couple of hours though it’d be best to drop it off in the morning and pick up in the evening. They charge $ 0.95 per pound of clothes. It amounted to about $ 10 for two week’s clothes for me.

It’s clean enough, has a tonne of different sizes of washers and dryers. There are chairs and tables, and some pop machines. There’s even a TVVCR combo with a few VHS tapes! If you need a laundromat and you’re in the neighbourhood, go for it.
